This business was assigned to do electric panel repairs...they called to setup time 2 days away. I explained that we have been without lights in the dining and stairs since Sunday and would he come early...all he said was to find someone else and slammed the phone down without giving me a chance to speak...would never have this business come to my home...

As an aftermath...
I called American Home Shield to inquire about my appointment. They called this business and were told that they refused service after I posted a review in the above paragraph - I posted the initial review only after the owner cancelled my work order. Steven again rudely slammed the phone down on the rep from AHS. This business is such a joke for this kind of behavior. Was this discrimination, since I am an Asian (Indian). Needless to say AHS has agreed to pursue this further.

I reached out to Lite it up Electric two times by phone in two days. I left messages for Steven as instructed and never once did I receive a call back. I even indicated that I have been a customer in the past and still no return call. Completely unacceptable service. So I called a different electrician.
I will never waste my time with this company again.

Andrew from Lite It Up Electric came to my house today and fixed an issue I had with my outlet. Not only was he able to come earlier than scheduled, he was very professional, friendly, and efficient. It took him about 5 minutes to solve the issue. I highly recommend using this company!

Purchased a new home and bought new appliances. Best Buy was at my home to install the dishwasher, but there was an issue. The dishwasher did not have space behind it to fit the electrical receptacle, so I needed an electrician to mount the receptacle flush against the wall behind the dishwasher. I contacted Lite It Electric. They arrived within 30 minutes and had the problem taken care of very quickly. The price was reasonable, too. Will definitely use them again. Bryan was awesome!!!

Work is NOT to code!!!
Installed lights and when we went to sell the house found out it was not done to code. Lite It UP charged $1500 to improperly install and the buyers asked and received $2500 at closing to repair and bring up to code. We will be filing a complaint against their electrical license.

Inexperienced technician and VERY rude owner / supervisor Steve. Tech completely botched ceiling vent install. Paying to have it installed correctly and $550 to repair ceiling.
