Every time I have to call Dianne or Bobby answer right away and get me on the schedule promptly. Even though my house is only five years old, the quality of materials and workmanship is sub-par. The teams always communicate arrival times and are very professional.

We moved into a new home in Westlake that was in need of some help. One of the first things was replace all the grimey, broken electrical outlets and wall switches. There were at least 6 different colors and styles too. Anyway, I was out of town and gave lite electric access remotely. It was a lot of work and in total was over 200 items needing replacement. Trustworthy, good and fast.

I'm going middle of the road for this company but absolutely NOT 5 star. We have had them out twice. Our first experience was top notch so we hired (or tried) to hire them again. We needed an outlet installed so we called them first. We were looking forward to getting the work done but were willing to wait based our our first experience. When our scheduled date/time arrived, we took time away from work to meet the electrician. He said that some extra work would need to be done to install the outlet but that he would email us an estimate and reschedule the work. Though we were disappointed that we couldn't get the work done that day, we patiently waited for our estimate. That was almost two weeks ago now. We never heard back. Reliability goes a long way when hiring a contractor and sadly, they completely let us down. Now to find a reliable company to do the work for us.

I made the called, as I explained the problem I was experiencing over the phone, the gentleman told me what he thought it could be and gave a quote. He was spot on. The technician arrived couple of hours later. He was very courteous and professional. Same day service really impressed me. After the job was completed. The cost was far less than what was quoted. I highly recommend this company.

Recently moved to Augusta and needed electricians to help me out with a down-to-the-studs home renovation. These guys were awesome. They showed up on time (rare here, in my experience!) and when they realized I had no idea the full scope of the work I'd asked them to do, they called the owner and had him come out to assess the situation. They performed due diligence investigating the mid-century wiring in my house to make sure they weren't taking out anything vital and kept me apprised of their findings along the way. They ended up giving me a break on pricing because the job probably should have been quoted in advance (but I hadn't realized that). They could have charged me an arm & leg for time & material pricing, but they didn't! I called them in again for the next phase of my renovation (got a quote this time) and they came in over $100 under quote. These guys are honest, diligent, on time, and thoroughly awesome. Highly recommend!
