We needed a main electrical panel upgrade since we are going to get solar panels in a few months so I posted the job here at Yelp.

Jose from Lit Electrical is one of the many people/company that replied. Jose is the only one responded with such politeness and professional manner (which A LOT of the other guys lack nowadays) and his replies to our questions and concerns are straight to the point.

I have asked 3-4 other guys about the panel upgrade and Jose's pricing is very competitive since everything is included. The pricing is so competitive I even have him add another NEMA 14-50 installed and have my old one flushed on the wall (since the last guy installed it poorly).

I know I don't do reviews here at Yelp, but I have to help and put the word out there that Jose is the guy you'll want to be your electrician.

We are very satisfied with the work he has done for us. I will be using his services again in the future.

I really enjoyed working with Jose. I've been having on going electrical problems and half my panel went out knocking out most of my power. I requested a quote and had a response within 20 minutes. He was at my house the next morning and fixed two problems for a great price. He also explained what the underlying issue was so I could avoid it in the future. All around good experience and will definitely be my go to Electrican.

Jose was such a pleasure to work with. He knows his craft inside and out and made room in my current circuit panel for a 60amp so I can charge my EV.

There's no upselling or any unnecessary add-ons that he tacks on. Jose will just states the facts and will give you recommendations on which route you'd like to go and how much each of them will cost.

I contacted Lit Electrical for gfci and 2 regular outlet replacements and for broken light in the garage. His pricing was way cheaper than the others I received. He squeezed our request in his busy schedule since we needed done asap. When he arrived at my house, he was so polite and very professional. He explained all the works he did and when my husband asked him a lot of question he was so patient and explained everything thoroughly. We are very impressive with Jose! Very genuine and knowledgeable! Definitely will use his service again in the future!

Lit Electrical installed a Level 2 Electric Vehicle charger in my garage. Jose was responsive and polite right from the beginning! He worked with me to schedule an appointment quickly and was upfront about price estimates. When he came to my house, he was polite, respectful and worked quickly and professionally. The fact that he took the time to explain what work he was doing and answered all of my questions gave me peace of mind. He also presented different options so that I could get exactly what I needed for the project.

Make Jose your personal electrician! His work is great. But he has that special ""something"" that makes him even better. He is on time. He works diligently and thoroughly. He answered all of my curious questions in language I could understand (not a lot of techno speak). He cleaned up after he finished. He even took the trash to his truck! The work area was so clean that it was as if he had never been there. His fee was exactly as was quoted to me before I even hired him. Before I hired him, he quickly responded to many questions that I had about his business. The work he did consisted of troubleshooting a poor wiring job done by my handyman. He figured out the problem almost immediately. He also changed out two switches. One switch did not fit the box. He worked out an excellent solution to fix the problem. He is a good problem solver. Jose is now my ""go to"" electrician. I trust him to do even more extensive work. He's a great professional. I would give him 6 stars if I could. Thank you, Jose.

I contacted Lit Electrical and spoke to Jose about the issues I was having with my interior lights & switches not working. I also needed an EV plug.

- Jose is responsive by phone and text in a timely manner.
- He showed up in the time window he said he would.
- He fixed my interior light issue; he replaced the dimmer switches so it's compatible with LED lights - YEY!!!
- He installed a new EV charger plug thing (whatever it's called) for my car. Gave me a couple options on placement and did the installation to my satisfaction.
- Lastly, he helped us figure out all our circuit breaker buttons (it was a mess!!!) he tested each one and relabeled everything.

So if you need a nice and professional electrician, I'd highly recommend Jose.

Jose responded very quickly to my service request and offered me a quote via message, which I highly appreciated. He was very professional and let me know his availability upfront and told me when he was on his way and kept me updated if there were any traffic delays.

I had requested to repair two outlets, one that was wired improperly and one that was very loose. Jose got to work very quickly and the job was finished promptly. He let me know about the issues and how he repaired/replaced the outlets. He cleaned up each site and it looks perfect, like nothing ever happened to each area. I also requested a last minute quote to update my electrical panel and he was very knowledgeable and let me know of various solutions to my circuit breakers flipping and provided me a quote to replace the panel if I wished to do so. I appreciate him not upselling me and for being forthcoming with his information. Great value for his services. Super polite and really respectful! I definitely will be hiring Lit Electrical for any future jobs I need.
