Quick replies & easy to get an appointment. The first guy made a huge hole in our garage wall and installed the wrong outlet for our ev charger. We called the company and they were able to swap it out within a few hours. Other than that small issue, I'd recommend and would use them again for electrical needs as all the other quotes we got in the valley were ridiculously inflated.Their prices were fair & we're able to get an appointment the next day. Lioness Electric came out to give me a quote for electrical work and I decided to go with them after receiving a few quotes. I setup an install date and when the first install date had arrive, they were supposed to be here at 8:00am. I waited for 20 minutes before calling and asking if they were going to show up. The individual I spoke to said they couldn't show up on the scheduled install date and that two people would be out the next day to install the wiring. Well, on the following day I was told they would show up at 9:00am. I waited until 9:30am and nobody showed up. I finally called them and left a message for them to call me back. Edgar texted me and said they had an emergency to attend to but didn't bother calling and rescheduling. He said that he could do it the following week and I responded and said that since they missed two different install dates without any notice to the customer about rescheduling I was going to use another electrician. I would give them zero stars if I could but the lowest rating is one star.
