Markus was amazing. He showed up on time and when I showed him the work I needed done he found easier/cost saving solutions. I had him put two new outlets in the wall to mount my TVs and had him install 3 new ceiling fans. During his work on one of the fans he noticed that the housing didn't cover the old paint job and quickly pointed this out to me (luckily the painters were still there so this was an easy and quick fix) and waited to finish the job until it was fixed. With his extremes attention detail, communication AND affordable pricing, I will definitely call Markus at Link Electric for any other futures projects I have and will certainly refer him to anyone looking for a great electrician. Showed up right on time. Very professional. We had a quirky electrical issue that took some time to find and resolve which also included working up in the attic crawl space - very dusty! Markus found and fixed the problem and cleaned up nicely afterwards. Would certainly call him again and recommend him strongly!!!

Could not be happier with the service provided by Markus. Prompt efficient and very professional. I have a rental property in SLO that had an electrical issue. The property management company sent their electrician by who told me that I had an extremely serious electrical issues that was far to big a job for him to tackle. Markus spent two hours troubleshooting the issue and determined that it was a ground wire under the house that the wire nut had fallen off, and the wires were not connected. He reconnected the wires problem solved. He also told me several of my switches and outlets were not properly grounded which he also took care of.

I relied on your five star reviews here and they were right on! Communication. Efficiency. Fair pricing. High, high quality work. We replaced eight large metal halide fixtures with efficient and attractive LED fixtures & they are now dimmable, too. The latter is a big feature for us. I, too, would definitely recommend Markus.

I purchased a new spa and needed 220 and a sub panel.
Markus came on time for the estimate. He had some good suggestions and gave us a fair estimate. He stayed in contact with us and two months later (when the spa arrived) he had it hooked up with in a week. Rain was forecasted for his start date. He called and asked if he could start a day earlier (Sunday) and we said sure! He was here on time and did a fantastic job! He was not able to hang some of the wires in the attic and came back the next morning to secure. Very conscientious contractor. He works very clean and is very well spoken. I will call Markus again for ALL my electrical needs.
