Lin was incredible! He came to my home promptly, as scheduled, to provide an estimate for installing a garbage disposal and dishwasher in my kitchen. Mind you, these were brand new installs, not replacements. He provided a very thorough and detailed explanation of the work needed and then provided me with an extremely reasonable estimate/cost. I signed on the spot. Then, Lin asked if he could start the work immediately! Of course! I was excited to get my new appliances in and working. He was able to get everything completed in just a day and a half. He did all of the plumbing and electrical work himself. Lin was kind, hardworking, and courteous. I will absolutely use him again and spread the word. My garbage disposal and dishwasher work great!

Also not to be ignored is his wonderful office manager...I unfortunately didn't get her name, but she was responsive to scheduling appointments and following up on my satisfaction with the work.

We wanted to remodel our condo eventually & came across Lin Construction. Mr Lin and Megan ( manager) came out to greet us and they were very attentive especially Megan who know I am pressing for times this time around. She asked me what my preferences were and suggested to look at cabinets/ flooring at couple of different places. She took her times to meet us there and trying to find the style I am after. At the end we went to a custom cabinet place to see if my vision can become a reality and now I am waiting for a quote to see how much it will cost. Since I am not in a hurry and have learned a lot from the people on the island is to make sure all the supplies are there before work will start and that including all the appliances. Will update this post once I reach out to Megan again most likely in January before we can really starting to seriously redoing our condo since our daughter and family there for her schooling and she won't be done until June of next year

Requested quote on Sat and received multiple responses from other plumbers asking for info and pictures. However, Lin construction gave me 2 appt time available to give estimate. He came right on time, gave us the estimate and was a very reasonable price. Did Excellent work, completed on time and went over and above to make us completely satisfied. Hard to find a good plumber and I don't usually leave reviews but would give him 10 stars if I could. Definitely will be calling for future works.

Contacted Lin Construction for a bathroom remodel quote and they were so quick to respond and were able to come over for the free estimate in the same week that I contacted them. In 2 weeks, my bathroom was completed and we are so satisfied with the work that was done as well as the customer service and communication we received throughout the whole project! I will definitely be using them for any future home improvements.

Megan and Lin Construction were very easy to work with through the estimate phase. They took time to really understand our needs and provided a fair and thorough estimate. There was good and prompt communication throughout the process. Unfortunately, we ended up needing to cancel the purchase of the condo that we planned to renovate but we will definitely keep them in mind for future renovations.

Our in-wall drain hole for the washing machine was unused (drained straight into the sink) and clogged. We noticed a leak behind the dry wall & found out the drain hole overflowed from our A/C's condensation (shared drain hole). Lin Construction went above & beyond and unclogged a bunch of material deep within our plumbing system. He is very dedicated & explained everything throughly. If in need of a handyman, I highly recommend Lin Construction! I will definitely give them a call for any type of projects!

My faucet handle cracked and water started dripping even when I closed the shut off valve. I checked Yelp for highly rated plumbers and started calling even before I put in a request. I was told 1-2 weeks by a couple companies, before I located one who charged more on the weekend, but would give me an estimate and repair on Monday. Then Lin contacted me. He is a contractor so I would not have thought to call him thinking he would be too expensive. However he came out on Sun, quoted a good price and was willing to also change a bathroom fluorescent to LED and tackle cabinet door repair for no charge. The cabinet was problematic as the hardware at two stores he checked and installed were slightly different from the original. Instead of saying cannot, he will try to special order the parts. His willingness to do that and the excellent job he did on three faucet and fluorescent replacements has me asking him to replace my aging water heater and bedroom A/C while I decide on other jobs I want done. I trust him and his workmanship. I am very happy that he found me! Also his company is in town and I'm in Mililani and I would have assumed the distance would add to the cost, but it's not the case.

Even though we did not use Lin Construction they were very responsive with communication which is a huge plus when it comes to contractors. Should I need any construction work in the future I will definitely be reaching out to them.

Recently had Lin come over to install a new bathroom faucet. His response was quick. He came and took about 30 minutes. Kept testing to make sure that there was no leaks. Spoke to him about future projects I need done and he was honest and gave me some suggestions. Would highly recommend Lin for future projects. Thank you Jin for the great communication and follow up.
