I would steer clear of this company!!!! I was having an issue with my air conditioning being really loud. Their technician came out, listened to it and said that I needed a new fan and motor. $884 later the problem was not fixed. Had another company come and do a diagnostic only to tell me that there's no way to diagnose a bad fan/motor by just listening. The tech from Limric never hooked up any gauges to check pressure or levels and come to find out it's some type of leak in the cooling system and my fan and motor were probably fine. Totally wasted my money!!

Caution!!!!!!!!!!! Avoid this company. Have been without hot water for 9 days now. # trips, wrong parts each time now stating will be at least another 5 to 7 days. Needed igniter for gas water heater. Told them i found exact part needed on line and was told would take longer than there supplier to get. After 3rd fail tried to sell new 40 gallon heater with every discount available for $3500. Having new unit installed today by another company for $1350. Great sales tactic ORDER WRONG PART THEN TRY TO SELL NEW UNIT.

It took them 5 visits to figure out that I had a bad condenser motor when it was obvious what was wrong they are more interested in selling parts and service than fixing the problem so now I have $1500 in an under warranty condenser motor..... Thanks Limric !

They absolutely saved the day!!!! I'm a new homeowner, the master shower was running room temp water no matter what we did. I had messed with the valve a little too much and had water going everywhere! Limric was scheduled to come out the following day but they moved me up to same day to my surprise! Mike came out and was so kind and so knowledgeable! He explained exactly what was wrong and kept explaining as he fixed the issue! Hot water is flowing and one very happy customer!!!!!

Zero stars paid them 12k to install pluming didn't do any of it right have a line exposed and the yard is ruined said they would take it and make it level it looks like my 80 year old grandmother did it filing a lawsuit against them they ruined my yard very unprofessional and they cut my power and internet line which were marked complete morons

Had two HUAC over/under installed over a period of two days. It all was incredibly complicated and wonderfully well done. 3-DEAN K was the main guy on job, but his unnamed partner was also excellent in every way. I would go so far as to suggest that it would be worth while to have a similar job done, just so's you'd get a chance to work with these guys for a couple of days...

Purchased a condo with a 23-year-old HVAC system and water heater and was able to get a quote for replacement of inoperable equipment and new water heater for reliability sake. The highly trained employees of LimRic were on time, knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. We will certainly use them for the semi-annual checkups and other improvements we plan to make. Katlyn Gregory was amazing. She provided me with a quote and was able to fit me in the same day for the new hot water heater installation. Shawn was the technician and showed up on time and completed the job perfectly. It was truly a pleasure to do business with LimRic Plumbing. I called 8 plumbers and only received quotes from two for the hot water heater. The other one could not help me until two weeks from now and LimRic came through with a same day appointment and fabulous customer service. Thank you so much Katlyn and Shawn.
