A horrible company to try and work with. They don't work off of appointments, they call you the day they want to come out to see if someone will be home. Don't leave messages if you miss the call. Very unprofessional customer service. I highly recommend seeking another company for your service.

I am not impressed with these people. Maybe I just got the slacker guy. I used them on a referral because I was told that they clean the coil when doing a maintenance check on your a/c system. I was told the first check would be $130 and subsequent checks would be $80. $130 is high for a single maintenance check but I was under the impression that these people gave extra special care. My condo does not have a standard water line for the hose so the coil rinsing was out of the question. O.k. nothing we can do about that but they still charged me $130 and the tech did not even check the charge on the inside capacitor. Probably did not do the outside one either but I was not watching him on that one. I have had more thorough checkups for just $80. I was a quick once over routine!!!

Never ever use these folks. They have zero customer service. They have fixed my AC units multiple times only to have the same issue but claim it to be another issue. They are unresponsive via phone when you have questions and carry a it is what it is attitude. They are not willing to set an appointment for the next day but rather they will call you when the tech is on the way (and if you aren't available they cancel the appointment immediately leaving you for the next day). The woman who handles the phone has no value of your time only her own. Very poor service and they are not looking to band aid your issue to make more money. Stay away.

Bad Service and don't really care about customer. Contacted Mr. Lilley about a mismatched system they installed. A Gibson Air Handler and A Coleman Condenser. Wasn't rea;;y concerned about it no apology.

As for the wrong breakers that were installed (90 amp instead of a 60 amp) . No concern about this either.

My advice run ...don't walk away form this company. There are other company's that care about their work and their customers!!!!!!!!!!!
