I've used services from here twice in the last 3 months. Very quick responses, second time, showed up 2 hours after my request. I got help installing gym floors, cable machines, Pilates reformer, and hanging gym mirrors on the wall. Artem is a genius. I highly recommend Lilais Construction. Artem is incredibly responsive and professional. The other electricians were slow to respond, and their prices were outrageous. I had four of my bathroom fixtures installed with power outlets for bidets. The estimate was reasonable, and the work was done exceptionally well. Artem came to my house to assess the job and provided me with a detailed price breakdown. The work was completed in a single day, and he worked tirelessly until the job was finished--it was truly remarkable.

A breaker in my sub panel tripped and I had no power in my garage. I tried to flip the breaker back to the on position but it will just flipped back off immediately.
I posted my issue on Yelp looking for electrician, several people/companies responded with their cost for initial visit.
Artem from Lilais construction texted me and ask for a picture of my sub panel and my main panel and asked me a few questions. Upon seeing the picture and hearing more details, he told me to try turning off the bracket first until I hear a click before turning it back to the on position. I am not sure why this breaker has a middle position(unlike the other breakers I have), if I don't turn it all the way to off position first, I couldn't turn in back on.

Just like that, Artem fixed my problem over the phone. What a nice guy; someone with the knowledge and kindness to give 10 minutes of his time.
I have sent pictures to other electricians I was talking to, no one was willing to put in the time to look before coming out on-site with a minimum of $150.

Artem was able to get my front door opening and closing with ease and fix the bolt lock, which had been stuck. Took about 30 minutes and then he was able to finish another project I needed done. Very friendly and knowledgeable and he showed up with all the tools needed for the job (which should be standard but I once had a handyman ask to borrow my tape measurer and a pencil because he didn't have one). I'd hire him again.

Artem responded quickly and was available to do an on-site assessment of my project on the very same day. That allowed him to do an accurate estimate of the level of effort that would be needed and to price it accordingly. He was thus able to do the job for less than the estimates given by others that tried to evaluate the project remotely.

Could not recommend them more! We recently had the power go out and it was extremely hot and they responded back instantly even though it was ~9pm.
He walked us through multiple steps on the phone, provided pictures, and got us up and running even though it was too late to visit. He did this expecting no payment and said it was up to us which we of course did. Great value.

Will definitely come back to them in the future for any issues!

We recently got ceiling fans and recessed lighting installed in all our bedrooms, and they did an amazing job. They were professional, kept me updated throughout, and finished on time. The fans work perfectly and the lighting looks fantastic. They also cleaned up everything after they were done.
