I honestly don't know how much I can recommend Lilais. Artem has been working on my house since I moved in in August 2024. He has worked on every room in the house, here's a list of excellent work he's done:
Hanging new light fixtures in the kitchen
Installing new recessed lights everywhere
adding outlets (all bathrooms)
Updating light switch panels,
replacing doors,
Installing tv mounts,
Mounting huge mirrors, shelves,
Installing ADA compliant shower grab bars
Installing roller blinds
Updating cabinetry,
Replacing bathroom vents
Hanging stuffed animal hammocks

So yes. Literally everything single thing in the house he has either worked on or will be working on.

The electrical work is excellent, and he's fast.

Artem was such a find! I plan to use him again soon, and I would prefer to keep him a secret, but he deserves a good review. He was prompt, communicative, reasonably priced, and cleaned up after himself (even brought his own vacuum for the dust and painted the wall to match!).

Saw great reviews on Yelp. Reached out about some minor electrical work including camera install and video doorbell wiring. He responded quickly asking for a bunch of pictures and descriptions of everything. Spent time taking all of the pictures he requested and detailing everything he asked about. Then he ghosted me. If you don't want the project no problem. Don't respond back asking for a bunch of information and then not even acknowledge that I went through the process of collecting it all for you.

I've used services from here twice in the last 3 months. Very quick responses, second time, showed up 2 hours after my request. I got help installing gym floors, cable machines, Pilates reformer, and hanging gym mirrors on the wall. Artem is a genius. I highly recommend Lilais Construction. Artem is incredibly responsive and professional. The other electricians were slow to respond, and their prices were outrageous. I had four of my bathroom fixtures installed with power outlets for bidets. The estimate was reasonable, and the work was done exceptionally well. Artem came to my house to assess the job and provided me with a detailed price breakdown. The work was completed in a single day, and he worked tirelessly until the job was finished--it was truly remarkable.

A breaker in my sub panel tripped and I had no power in my garage. I tried to flip the breaker back to the on position but it will just flipped back off immediately.
I posted my issue on Yelp looking for electrician, several people/companies responded with their cost for initial visit.
Artem from Lilais construction texted me and ask for a picture of my sub panel and my main panel and asked me a few questions. Upon seeing the picture and hearing more details, he told me to try turning off the bracket first until I hear a click before turning it back to the on position. I am not sure why this breaker has a middle position(unlike the other breakers I have), if I don't turn it all the way to off position first, I couldn't turn in back on.

Just like that, Artem fixed my problem over the phone. What a nice guy; someone with the knowledge and kindness to give 10 minutes of his time.
I have sent pictures to other electricians I was talking to, no one was willing to put in the time to look before coming out on-site with a minimum of $150.

Artem was able to get my front door opening and closing with ease and fix the bolt lock, which had been stuck. Took about 30 minutes and then he was able to finish another project I needed done. Very friendly and knowledgeable and he showed up with all the tools needed for the job (which should be standard but I once had a handyman ask to borrow my tape measurer and a pencil because he didn't have one). I'd hire him again.
