Recommended Customer Reviews

Make sure you put in writing what you want installed before they start the work. I liked them, but I realized I didn't get what I had asked for. Sorry Del, I wanted to write a good review.

Awesome service, very professional and Covid compliant. I had a power outage the day after Christmas and Dell was the only one who picked up the phone. He was on another job site and walked me through a few analysis on facetime. When Mike showed up, he very thoroughly inspected the building and found the main panel and meter which I had not been able to find. He was very professional too. I was impressed all around and give high recommendations.
Thank you Dell and Mike.

Dale and Mike showed up promptly and wearing masks and had a creative and effective solution to the electrical problem in my house. Plus they were friendly, Good-natured, and very conscientious in how They completed the work. Highly recommend this company!

We needed to install sconces in a difficult location in our older home. Del and Mike arrived equipped with footwear protection and prepped the room to keep debris at a minimum. They patched our plaster and lath walls with expertise, cleaned up after themselves and they made sure we were completely satisfied with their work. We now have lighting where we wanted, it looks great, and we were thoroughly impressed with their customer service.

Dell and Mike were very professional and explained clearly what they were doing and why. There was even work they needed to do that wasn't part of what I requested that they did at no extra charge. I look forward to hiring them again in the future.

Dellyon is amazing! I am so pleased with the service I received and the work done. He was super professional and showed up right on time! He did everything he said he as going to do and even went above and beyond to make sure his work was excellent and that I was pleased with the job. The job was not a big one, (new breaker panel and electric heater), but he gave it the attention as if it was the most important job he had on his books. And the clean up he and his partner did after the work was complete was immaculate! I am thrilled that I found him and will be using his service and recommending him any chance I get. Highly recommend him!

He did some pretty basic work and seemed to do an okay job. A week
later one of the can lights he installed stopped working. I tried to schedule him to come back. He doesn't seem to answer the phone often.
He either lies or is simply incompetent. He'll promise to show up and
never come, or he'll come up with an excuse when you call him to ask
why he never came. After about five no-shows, I gave up.
Electricity seems complicated. Showing up when you promise to do so
should be easy.
I wish I could give him zero stars.

I am picky and wanted my job (replacing bathroom ceiling fans) done a certain way. Dell recommended a great product (Panasonic) that was both powerful (excellent CFM) and quiet (our old unit had good CFM but was very loud). I wanted 6"" (v. more common 4"") ducts, with each bathroom (master and hallway) vented independently (the existing installation had the lines merge and then to an outside vent in the exterior wall). Dell did great demolished the old system, installed the new vent lines and ceiling fans. Dell worked carefully, used FaceTime to show me progress and get my input (e.g., when he was getting parts and even from my attic). Will use Dell again for sure; he did the work professionally and in accordance with all my requests. Great outcome!

They came on time. They took pride in their work. They were very funny and they did an excellent job! The price was affordable and they identified defects in other people's work and corrected them. I will hire again and again!

in 2012, we bought a home in the oakland hills and initially hired lil bitty maintenance to replace the outdated federal pacific main electrical panel. seemed like dellyon did a fine job, so when he asked if we had other work we wanted to have done, we shared our list and dellyon said he could do it for the price we wanted to spend. we ended up with the work not done to code, no permits or inspections, a lack of attention to detail and only a portion of the work done for the full price. we added solar to the home in 2014 and the solar inspector (he's a certified electrician) identified the problems we weren't knowledgeable of.
- the solar inspector indicated the main panel was replaced with a sub-panel that was not up to code, not grounded, and did not have a main shutoff.
- the solar inspector determined dellyon did not pull one permit, so no permit, no inspections for anything. while the work was being done, dellyon would tell us when he pulled a permit and when inspections were done (we were at work). when the solar inspector got involved and determined we were not up to code/no permits were pulled/no inspections were performed, i gave dellyon an opportunity to get us up to code before i would report him and he fixed some things but we still weren't up to code. the solar inspector completed the work to get us up to code. dellyon told the solar inspector we didn't want him to get permits. not true, not legal, we paid full price.
- dellyon did not pay attention to detail. for example, he installed new toilets. we asked for white toilets with no plastic seats and we got the plastic seats. he left the toilet bolts showing (threw out the knobs that cover the bolts). i asked him to fix it and he literally placed knobs over the bolts without installing them. he replaced several outlets in our home without asking what color we wanted and installed the brownish ones. not my taste. the way he hooked up the drain line for the garbage disposal left clean loads of dishes smelling bad. they installed a 55"" tv in the brick above our fireplace and drilled more holes in the brick than needed. they laid sod in the front yard and covered the water meter with a plywood board, laying the sod over the plywood.
buyer beware.
