Company Overview

For the last 35 years, my family has been dedicated to lighting. My journey in lighting has lasted 21 years. I handle all aspects of lighting, including installations, repairs, restorations, recessed layouts, low voltage track, and troubleshooting. I can assist with small electrical needs as well. If you require assistance with lighting or small electrical issues, feel free to reach out.

My introduction to the lighting industry started at 12 in my family's business. About 14 years ago, I launched this venture, focusing on light installations and minor repairs. I found joy in the work, and the phone kept ringing. Six years ago, I made a pivotal choice to bring on my two trusted team members, who continue to excel in their roles. We focus on lighting, remodels, and resolving electrical challenges.

Having grown up in a lighting business, I acquired knowledge from maintaining the parking lot to rewiring lights and aiding clients in designing their home lighting. After that, I attended college in NYC and began a career in advertising, which lasted roughly two years until the dot-com bubble collapsed. In the end, I came back to my passion. I have spent 14 years in this field, with thousands of satisfied clients who frequently reach out.

I'm. So. Happy.

We finally found an electrician who (a) showed up on time, (b) didn't charge an arm and a leg, and (c) was able to fix our very finicky kitchen lights. Brett is a very professional electrician who has fixed all of our electrical issues so far, and he's nice to boot.

Give him a whirl, you won't be disappointed.

An update! one of the switches Brett installed for me seemed to be having a problem( had nothing to do with the installation, was a manufacturer's defect) Brett was nice enough to come back and replace it at no additional cost! Now, that's standing behind your work!
He was also extremely nice about it. I wouldn't hesitate at all recommending him for your electrical problems/projects.

Brett did a great job fixing our front door light. He gave us a fair price. He worked around my schedule. I was 30 min late but he waited for me to arrive. I recommend him to anyone who needs an electrician. He is professional and gives you a great price!

Brett came into my business and quickly assessed what was wrong with my lighting. I had recently bought a 15 yrs old business and the previous owner had rigged the fluorescent light s in a way that I had never seen before.
Brett had the ballast replaced and the new lights in ASAP.
I have a small printing business and viewing printed material under the correct light is essential. Brett recommended a solution that fit my budget and solved my problems.
I wouldn't say Brett is the cheapest electrician in town, but if you explain your dilemma up front you get more than your money's worth.

Used Brett to hang an old austrian chandelier for our dining room. He told me in advance he charges $125/hr. which I was fine with. He did a great job and was fast, smart, pleasant, and extremely competent. I'd recommend him to anyone will use him again and again. thanks Brett!

Brett is all the things you'd ever want in an Electrician! I refer him to all of my clients and I have had nothing but positive, glowing remarks about him and his stellar work. I HIGHLY recommend him!! I'd give him six stars if it were possible, on a really exceptional day where he makes the impossible possible for one of my clients in need.

Brett charges based on the going rate for licensed Electricians in San Francisco and as far as I am concerned he earns it. He is very flexible with his schedule, he follows up with his jobs, and he always makes sure the job is completed to the satisfaction of his clientele. It's important to note that these qualities are few and far between-there are a LOT of Electricians that won't bother to call you back if you want a light bulb changed or a ballast changed out. Brett does it all from a whole house re-model to small jobs that require his attention. You pay for knowledgeable service and you get what you pay for. He may talk fast and get so technical that your eyes cross but I promise that if you ask him to slow down and explain, he will.

I appreciate that he's extremely personable and does his best to accommodate his clients, I get rave reviews all the time. And YES, he's super well educated but he never boasts- yeah, he went to Colombia...but whatever he's just a down to earth guy! Of all the clients I have ever referred to him I have NEVER had negative feedback that had anything to do with his ability to do the job and do it well.

Brett Bryant is a true professional and one of the nicest people I've ever met.

Brett is the best electrician I have ever had work in any house I've ever owned. He is not only fair with his prices, but quick and good. He's also a gas to talk to, while he works. You can't do better.

I called Brett based on the Yelp reviews and he was professional, punctual, personable and quickly fixed three broken light sockets in our kitchen. Since he completed the orginial job so quickly, he looked for other things he could fix in our home since he charges $100/hour -- whether he stays 10 minutes or 60 minutes. He found a modern halogen light that was out in our hallway that I thought only needed a new lightbulb. He spotted some dark marks on the wiring and went to investigate. Brett spent 30 minutes trying to fix this light (it wasn't the lightbulb!). He didn't quite figure out was wrong -- but I appreciated his work ethic and would call him again for other jobs.

Please note that we ended up trying another electrician to fix our trolley cable lighting and he was very knowledgeable about our lighting and the issues of burnt out/shorted light fixtures. He immediately knew how to fix it and which light fixtures needed to be replaced. His name is John Peters with Brookline Aires Electric. Both electricians are good but John appears to have more technical knowledge.

Used him on the strength of the below reviews, but his price for 10 minutes of work to replace a ballast in a flourencent light fixture in my kitchen was $155!!! The below reviewer got a rate of $85 for just under an hour's work. Interesting.

Anyway, my light works. And my wallet is lighter.

My girlfriend and I engaged Brett to install some outlets in a wall without electrical, run some extra cables and hang a chandelier. We'd looked at several other electricians and couldn't quite make any others work, most probably because our job was too small.

Brett was able to make an appointment to come by, assess what needed to be done, purchase all of the materials for a reasonable price and do the work all within a week.

Impressive on all counts: great positive attitude, compulsive conversationalist (in a good way!), completely competent technically and completed the work in half a day instead of the day we thought it might take. He didn't underspec or overcommit and most importantly our dog liked him :)

I would absolutely recommend him to anyone, especially for people like us with not much direction being recent first-time home owners in the city. Couldn't be more pleased!
