Andy over at Lightning Volts was great. I needed a new subpanel run to my garage under some sidewalk and he did a very clean job and has a immense attention to detail. He was very communicative through the process and easily gave me the most reasonable quote of the 4 that I bid out for the project. Everything has been working flawlessly that he installed and I'd recommend him for service at your house.

Very positive first experience with Andy of Lightning Volts; picked up my call on a weekend, scheduled me in quick, on time arrival and job well done (fixing GFI's and mounting a socket for a wall TV) at a fair price. I will be using them for ongoing electrical needs in the future. Refreshing to have someone so responsive in a very busy city.

Terrible customer service. I left a voice mail and sent an email for service request through their website and a week later I still have heard nothing. Why do they advertise so much if they can't handle the business calls. I agree completely with the revuew by Property M. on 6/7/16.

I had an electrician not show up for some quick work I needed which left me in a bind. I called up Volt and Andy found a time in his schedule to come out and meet up and the work done. He was super helpful, fast, and friendly. He'll be my #1 electrician call from now on!

I have contacted Lightning Volts several times via phone and their website with no response to my messages for needed repairs so I'd like to say their customer service stinks and they will not be getting my business for any of properties. FYI in the future you might want to remove your commercial from the TV saying ""No job is too small"" if you never plan to follow thru.

Awesome experience! Randy was quick, responsive, showed me what needed to be repaired and then did it quickly and cleanly! He was polite and helpful - even moved my dryer back into position because my husband wasn't home and I couldn't budge it. Highly recommended!
