Amazing service! Cale was the best electrician I've ever worked with. Quick and efficient. He was able to help us with our smoke detectors still chirping even after changing the batteries didn't work. So thankful to have peace and quiet again. Thank you Cale and the LBE team for making this so easy, and fair pricing. We will definitely call this team again, should we need any electrical work.

I had four issues: a new candelabra to replace an old one, a bad switch, a bad socket and a kitchen breaker that kept tripping.
The electrician came, examined the 4, and gave a quote right away.
The light was installed (and he took the old one), and the switch and socket replaced.
He inspected the panel as part of their normal service, and found that prior to my owning the property, someone replaced a breaker with a spacer, but left a wire hanging, uncapped. He fixed that.
The kitchen breaker was already at the max for the wiring. He found that there were 2 breakers controlling counter sockets. He suggested I plug one of the amp gobbling appliances into the other circuit, because upping the amps would mean new wiring.

Cale installed ring security cameras on my patio and over my garage. The install was fast and the cost was reasonable. He's very knowledgeable about wiring and I feel extremely confident with the work. My street was getting paved and I offered to reschedule but Cale just carried his ladder and all his tools from the next street over. Update: Company contacted us and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. I have updated our star rating and believe that this company is honest and does care about customer service. We appreciated the opportunity to have this addressed.
Original: $250 for 15 minutes worth of work replacing an electrical outlet. We were then told that the problem was actually with the ceiling fan and we should replace the fan. Not happy with the service at all.

I am confused with this company. Last week meaning 09/21, I called left a message and a man named Daniel called me back. He was supposed to come by my home on the 24th. I had ordered a tankless water heater after a through web search off Amazon. You need an electrician to install it, for me at least, to make sure you have proper amps, ect. Today I just called same company back, to say, lost my phone, items have not arrived, lets make it Monday or next week. I was told , there is no Daniel that works there, nor do they come to where I live. But yet, I saved this webpage to my browser, my notes say Lightning Bugs out of Marietta,, so Tuesday yall come to Jonesboro, but today you do not. OK , I guess the difference was Tuesday got to work, Friday, getting close to a "" Party weekend "" I do not know who I spoke too this morning, but the devil is a lie

Call to schedule an estimate for pricing and was told that the company does not service my area however my community (which is a newly developed subdivision) is within their service area map on Yelp. The conversation with one of the receptionist was extremely off-putting when I asked for rationale... smh
My husband and I are both retired military veterans and was looking to support a veteran owed company.
Oh well... we will take our business to another company.
