I had a similar problem to Steve R that happened last summer. I called Lightland and made an appointment for an estimate later in week at noon. I asked my husband to take the day off with me to meet the electrician. We get a call the morning of that his current job is taking awhile and then we reschedule to meet him later in the day around 4-5pm. (No problem, we completely understand). Then we wait at home all afternoon and then the guy never shows up. No call, no apology, no follow up.

We had a rental property where the tenant damaged the electric panel. Our real estate agent suggested Lightland, and we met with Gabe. Instant good feeling meeting him. He and his crew replaced the panel, and not only was it brand new, they replaced missing wood trim around the panel, and primed the wood for painting. After PG&E turned the electricity back on, Gabe stopped by himself to check on the house. I'm an electronic engineer, and appreciate good work. And that was exactly what I got. A great job. Thanks!

No call back, nothing. Tried to schedule an appointment two times. Disappointed by the lack of professionalism. I wish I could write something positive but I can't since the end began at the start.
I read reviews and everything seemed positive, but it has not been my experience.

First class by far! I called Gabe on short notice today for an electrical outage in my attic. Jared came out and located a wire that had popped out due to a previous electrician's work. He fixed the issue and restored power giving me a piece of mind. Excellent work! Can't say enough good things about Gabe and his team. They have done other projects for me and did an awesome job! I won't call anybody else for my electrical needs. Give them a call, you won't be disappointed!

Jared was just out at our house to install a 240 outlet for our car charger. He was on time, professional, courteous, and cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend Lightland Electric!!

I needed a 240v outlet added to my garage for a level 2 charger for my Chevy Bolt EV. Jered was able to come out the same day as I called. Unfortunately for him I was running late getting home, and I didn't realize there were more than 1 type of dryer outlet. He was able to go and pick the correct plug after showing him the L2 charger I purchased and in no time was able to get everything wired up and tested.

I appreciate his professionalism and patience in my own mishaps. Everything was cleaned up and finished quickly for a great price. I'd recommend them again and will consider them first for any future projects.

Gabe and his crew did a fantastic job on my 4 bedroom home! He replaced my main panel and installed can lights in the bedrooms. What a difference light makes! I would defiantly call Gabe again for all my electrical needs. Great job Gabe

Gabe came out, was on time, was incredibly professional and did the job with no issues. Gabe is such a great guy, a pleasure to work with. Gabe and team did a great job of replacing my electrical panel at a fair price. They clearly know their stuff. They were able to schedule me short notice, as it was an urgent job for safety reasons. Very good customer service and just overall hard working likable guys!
