Wow! Ted is fantastic! If you need an electrician, look no farther. After my brother spent an entire day trying to track down a wiring problem in our 30+ year old house (and I'm very lucky to have a brother who can usually fix everything) Ted found it and fixed it in less than an hour. He's nice, kind and has a great sense of humor -a joy to have around. My dad is 83 and has dementia so he can get very upset having both problems with lights not working and strangers in the house. Dad had no problem with Ted and enjoyed talking to him, and is now all smiles because the lights work again.
I called for help and in less than 24 hours the problem was fixed. None of the other 3 electricians I contacted have called me back yet. He cleaned up after himself and was extremely careful handling our pictures and and such. Poor guy had to move the litter box to find the problem, but never complained.

Ted was great! We needed an outdoor outlet, so we could get a water softener installed. I sent a quote request on Yelp and he got back to me quickly. We made an appointment for the next day for a quote and he showed up on time, and told us our options. Then he came back the next day to do the job. He was knowledgeable and reliable! Ted is the man!!! I called him about a problem I thought was going to be a big deal and he just talked me through it over the phone....and he solved it. Even though I didn't actually meet him I feel like just the fact he solved my problem over the phone makes me think he is really knowledgeable and he didn't for no charge and was super nice about the whole thing makes me think he has a lot of character. I would not hesitate and will not hesitate to call him for and kind of electric woes I may run into in the future.

Ted is the BEST...Or as my mother in-law loves to say, ""THE GOODS"" my husband and I are new home owners and have struggled to find reliable professional help. After receiving and rejecting a few outrages quotes to run a 240V line for a hot tub, we found Ted. He responded immediately to our initial call and was out the next morning to give us a fair estimate of work and supplies. Ted showed up when he said he was going to, completed the job on time (he dug a 50' trench all by himself) and showed up 1 month later when the hot tub was delivered to hook up the electrical. He took the time to explain all the work he did and was extremely friendly and professional. We recommend him to all our friends and encourage you to give him a call, you won't be sorry!!

What amazing customer service!!! Ted couldn't make it out to our house the same day so he asked us to send him a picture. From that he was able to diagnose the problem and help my husband trouble shoot. We will definitely use lighting technologies for future projects!!
