I was in urgent need of an electrical pool inspection of which I was quoted, given an appointment time only to be canceled on at the very last minute and told that they do not specialize in pools. How was I given a quote to begin with and I asked for an electrical pool inspection? I'm not sure why....

And now I have to wait a week longer as I did not book with another electrician that I should have to begin with....

I needed 6 recessed lights (2 each in 3 rooms) and two outlets (for wall mounted TVs) installed. Yelp put me in touch with several contractors with very good reviews that appeared quite qualified to perform the job. I decided to go with Lighting and Electrical for 2 reasons. First, they quoted the lowest price. Second, and more importantly, their quote was very detailed and covered the various scenarios that might be encountered once they opened up my switch boxes and accessed my existing wiring. As anticipated by all their very good reviews, the crew arrived on time and did and exceptional job from start to finish.

NOW, WHAT I DIDN'T EXPECT!

Hector could have easily sent over one or two guys that would have taken the whole day to complete the job. That is was what I expected to happen. But he didn't do that. He sent over a very efficient 4 man team that was done in 3 hours. WOW, someone that does a great job at a great price and respects my property AND time! I will definitely use these guys in the future. 5+ stars!

Hector just finished the installation for my recessed lights in the family . I am very happy with his work . They were on time and transparent with their price and work process . They cleaned up well after the project and returned everything in the room to where they were . I would recommend their services to anyone .

We were so pleased with the service and quality of the work that Lighting & Electrical, LLC provided. We discovered that the four men working were all family members. Their shared work ethic was obvious. This company gave us the best estimate out of several. They installed 24 recessed lights, a ceiling fan box, dimmer switches and 3 coaxial cables in about 7 hours. They repaired and refinished the drywall. They prepped the entire apartment by moving the furniture and covering everything from the walls, furniture and carpet. Afterwards, they left everything clean and as they had found it. Hector was excellent to work with. We highly recommend Lighting & Electrical, LLC.

Hector and his team did a great job. The work included adding recessed lighting to 3 bedrooms, replacing hallway recessed lighting, installing smart dimmers and fan controls. They plastic covered everything well. Cleaned up afterwards. No complaints about the quality of work.

Communication needs some attention and improvement. This is the first contractor that I've dealt with that wouldn't come out to scope the work. Everything was handled via text. I was weary about this, but Hector sounded confident he understood our request. After awarding them the work, I inquired about a job walkthrough just to make sure we were on the same page. He declined. Upon the crew arriving to begin the work, there was confusion about our request and what was scoped out. Bottom line, I was up charged $380.

I strongly recommend a walkthrough before agreeing to any service. It benefits both parties.
