From the beginning, the owner, Hector, responded to my inquire quickly. I needed a 240V outlet for an induction range and they've done an excellent job. The price was competitive as compared to others, but the game changer was that their price includes patching the wall. It looked exactly as before, like nothing happened. Their team came in with a plan to install an electrical sub-panel, recessed lighting with dimmers, install of outlets behind a tv to hide wires, and did all the work in 1 day in a clean efficient manner. Alexis, Victor and Alex came out and did an amazing job. They took down track lighting, installed recessed lights, and a ceiling fan. They took their time prepping the area and put down plastic and moved some furniture carefully before they started working. While measuring, they explained how the lights are and helped me choose a good temperature ( I don't remember the terms used) but I knew I didn't want the yellow color. After, they took their time patching the holes, texturing and even filled in the holes from the old track. Then they cleaned very thoroughly and showed me how the lights and fan worked. I highly recommend Lighting and Electrical and hope to use them again for any future projects.

After posting my routine maintenance project on Yelp, I received a message from Hector very quickly. All subsequent communication from this business has been terrible.

They canceled my consultation once and took days to respond to texts to reschedule. I was charged a $50 consultation fee for two workers to take the same photos (no measurements) that I had already provided to Yelp. After days of no-contact, I had to request the estimate myself. When requesting to schedule the work, I also did not receive a reply.

If I can't trust a company to answer the phone, why should I let them anywhere near my circuit breaker? I feel like I was scammed.
