My wife and I live in a building in North Palm! Building uses for almost everything Bruce and his team. I contacted him to put a 220V charging outlet for my car in the garage. He came out a day or two later. Gave me a quote. His team did the work and they communicated with me every step of the way and were kind. This might have been the easiest work I have ever done in Florida... EVER! Bruce and his team receive my highest recommendation!!! I will never use anyone else for electric work in the area!

I wanted to try and salvage a ceiling fan that isn't made anymore. The owner, Bruce, did say that there was no guarantee he could fix it, which of course I knew and so agreed to.

The problem comes after his guy could not fix it and I paid him. He asked if he could bring the motor to the shop as Bruce ""like to tinker"" and do something more with it once there. And that he would call me.

And Bruce never did call, no doubt having cannibalized the motor parts for other jobs. Just disappointing and hardly a company I would use again or recommend.

Time is money and these guys wasted mine. I called Bruce after reading through the Yelp reviews and he was very friendly on the phone. We joked about stuff and I was looking forward to having him do some work for me. We scheduled an appointment for a Friday morning between 8-8:30. He said he was going to send his best guy Nick to come out. I asked my boss for the morning off. Well, 9:00 am rolled around and no Nick and no phone call. So, I called their main number only to get a voicemail that directed me to call Kate if it was an emergency. I called Kate and she said that Nick was running late after not telling anyone that he would be late and that Nick should be there in 20 minutes. I asked for Nick's number and called Nick. Nick said that he was scheduled to come out between 9-11am and that he could leave the shop in 10 minutes after he cleaned up a bit. The shop is 20 minutes from my house. I canceled after he gave more excuses about their scheduling errors. I called Bruce back at the main number to let him know how upset I was. He said he was in Washington, DC and didn't have time to micromanage his guys this morning! Another typical S Florida contractor... doesn't show up when scheduled, full of excuses, or value anyone else's time. I should be able to charge them for the time I lost from work.

Look no further!! I asked for 4 quotes after business hours on Yelp. Bruce the owner responded the same evening. I called him the next morning. He was on site by 12:PM, diagnosed and fixed the problem and saved the day! In addition only one other of the 4 quotes I requested just responded, the other 2 are out to lunch. Thank you Bruce
