Joe was accurate in when he said he'd arrive and came with a mask on properly which is always greatly appreciated! He helped us fix our lighting issue and was able to give us a free estimate as to how much it would cost us! Definitely see ourselves requesting him again for any future issues!

Excellent service! Put in an estimate request via yelp and Joe messages me immediately on Saturday night. Attempted to troubleshoot over the phone to no avail. Joe and his assistant came on a Sunday and quickly addressed and fixed my problem for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Came out to replace a bathroom exhaust fan. Ended up not being able to because he would've had to remove a lot of drywall. First appointment was 10/30 @ 3PM. No showed so I called him around 4PM and he said he's been in an accident and forgot about the appointment. Rescheduled appointment was 11am on 11/2. I called him at 12:30 to see if he was still coming and he said it'd be in the afternoon. No big deal. Still charged me the ""minimum"" of $125 for 15 or so minutes of assessment. There was no notice of this policy when we spoke on the phone.
I ended up calling another company that installed the fan in less than an hour without the excess drywall removal that Joe says was needed. The electrician that installed it said that Joe was just being lazy. Either Joe didn't know the method or he was wanting the free money. Either way I view it as unsatisfactory, especially when the company that did the install only charged me $40 more than the ""minimum fee"" that Lighthouse charges and he actually did the work. So many warning signs that I should've seen. Live and learn.

In reply to your post. You did not disclose the $125 fee. Don't lie.
The outer dimensions of the fans were identical. The electrician simply cut into the housing to access the joist nails then secured the new housing by screwing it to the joist.

I run a small business that is very busy and always has deadlines for any type of repairs or maintenance. Recently we shut down for three days in order to do some much-needed repairs and we decided to use Lighthouse and Joe for our electrical issues. Joe made himself available anytime we needed him even when it was last minute. He treated us as a priority even though I'm sure he had many other things going on that required his attention. The work he did was professional and he and his crew were always on time and courteous. When we have work to do in the future I will definitely be using Joe. I cannot recommend him enough.

I was having issues with a breaker switch and they came out same day. Other company's were saying it would take week to get in. The breaker was connecting my refrigerator which I need. I took a picture of my breaker box and they picked up a switch on their way to my house. Installed and no other issues! They were way cheaper than other companies. Very professional and courteous! I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Joe enough. He was very patient with my lack of knowledge, and provided me a quick, and affordable service. He even pointed out some flaws in my wiring that could've cost my household some serious headaches.
