I contacted Lighthouse Electric about a front porch light and a security light that were not working. Johnny and his team (Paco & Juan) were great to work with. They assessed the situation and provided an estimate that was fair and agreeable. They quickly checked both lights. The porch light was an easy, fix but the security light needed to be replaced. I asked if they could find a similar replacement and install the new light and switch. within in a short time they had a replacement and had the installation completed a few minutes later. The job they did was excellent and the bill was very reasonable. I am very satisfied and would definitely use them again.

First, he did not call us back. We called him again (unfortunately) and he was very apologetic but he did not show up when scheduled the first time, and my husband had to miss work to be at home to meet him. The second time, he sent over two guys who didn't speak English and couldn't tell us what they were actually there to do. They started working and when he finally arrived, he didn't have a big enough cord for our generator. He assured us it was OK, but we later found out we can't use the generator at full power with the cord he sold us. We also are not sure he actually put in a transfer switch, which is what we asked for and paid for -- he told us those were not really being used any more. So overall, we were not happy.

Honest and transparent. He got bogged down on the scheduled work day. We were given notice that he wasn't going to make it. So, he came the next day, cut down the regular price to make up for the delay, and fixed the issue quickly.

Had a couple of electrical issues after lightning struck near the house (ground wire on GFCI was showing ""open ground"") and light issues (flickering). Johnny came out and took care of everything. He even went the extra step and checked everything else was right in the breaker box and took time to explain and show everything he was doing. He was very personable, honest, and helpful. His prices are very fair and when he was running late, he made sure to contact me to let me know beforehand. Very satisfied with his work and would hire again should other issues arise.
