After seeing positive reviews I decided to hire Lighthouse electric. My experience was unfortunately much different than the reviews I read about their work. The day after they completed work at my home I had to call them because ALL of the the areas they had worked on were no longer functioning. I was told they were on vacation and could not come back out, they would speak to whoever I hired to fix their work. I informed them that I could not afford to pay for the work twice and was finally told that they would come back in 2 weeks to look at the issues. My house is currently for sale and needs to functioning properly so I did end up hiring someone else eventually. Lighthouse refused to give any rebate on their shoddy work, and clearly doesn't stand behind their work. I don't feel that leaving someone with electric issues for more than 2 weeks is professional or ""right"". I would definitely not recommend this business. I paid this company close to a grand for a few hours worth of work and ended up with a mess that cost me several hundred more to fix.

Tommy was amazing! Spent the time needed to find the problem and didn't stop until it was totally fixed. I called with a problem that ended up being two-fold. Tommy was willing to go above and beyond what I would expect. He was honest and gave all options to fix the problem not just the most expensive.

My wife and I hired this company to install the electrical for our hot tub. They did an excellent job! I highly recommend this company as they are both experienced and knowledgeable. We our now able to enjoy our new hot tub.

We had Tommy come out and add electrical outlets to our new home and our new patio. Not only was he reasonable in price but he did an excellent job. Very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him for anybody needing electrical work.

Tommy showed up and wired in entire bathroom extension, added some spotlights in our closet and installed a fan. He gave us a very fair and reasonable bid, was timely, friendly, answered all my questions and even helped me pick out some lighting in a room I was struggling with. I would recommend him for either a large or a small job. With the electricians in Chico being so busy it was great to get somebody to return my call and have a relatively short turnaround time. Will call him in the future. It's good to have somebody that's both reliable, fair and trusted in my home.
