He came out and fixed my 4 way switch issue in 15 minutes. My warranty company first assigned me DNZ property services who scammed by false reporting to my warranty company, resulting in a denied claim, then upon re-opening they never completed the work. Lighthouse Electric responded next day after getting my warranty company to give me a different contractorand - he scheduled me for next day which was today. He called me 10 mins out as he said he would so I could come home from the office. 15 minutes, switch replaced, done and fixed - the way it should have been in the first place. Nice guy and definitely recommend Lighthouse.

I had a very good experience with Steven, the owner of Lighthouse Electric. I had just purchased a rental income property, a two story townhouse and the upstairs bedroom electric outlet plugs were not working. Steven came from my home warranty company as a second opinion call. He was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He took his time to properly diagnosis the problem and fixed the issue in a very prompt and efficient matter. I was thrilled with his work, especially since the other first electrician that came from the home warranty was very cocky and had an bad attitude. The first electrician told me that he would have to open up the ceilings and walls to re wire everything. So glad that i got a second opinion and found Steven. He was great. The issue was actually just a loose wire on the smoke detector in the room. Steven took the time to listen and properly diagnosis the problem and actually saved me a ton of money and unnecessary work that the other crook electrician wanted to do. I told the first electrician that I thought it may be the smoke detector but he said that it can't be that and refused to even look at it. I would definitely recommend Steven of Lighthouse electric to all my friends and family and will use him again and again for all my electric needs.

Terrible. This company is looking to collect $75 from home insurance and not do any actual work. Technician explained to my home warranty why the work should not be covered. I got a second opinion, and it was covered by my home warranty after all. Also the technician was noticeably impatient, rude, and determined not to do any work. He did not even bring any tools with him to make the repairs. Run for the hills.

Lighthouse Electric was wonderful. I was very hesitant after reading some of the reviews, but I'm glad I had them come! I had an issue with a bathroom fan for over 3 months and finally decided to get it fixed. Lighthouse was able to work with my busy schedule and showed up promptly at the time scheduled. He was so respectful with my home and quickly fixed the issue! I was so happy! Thank you and I will most definitely use Lighthouse again!!

Simple sealing fan. The contractor did NOT repair it and I paid $75.00. Called two times, Plus sent email message. They never responded in two weeks!! I'm really upset, at least they should have responded for my messages.
Very bad business manners!

5/5, Steven of Lighthouse Electric is fantastic. He replaced recessed lights in our kitchen, and they are more beautiful than ever. He did it for a 1/3 of the price and in a 1/4 of the time that another company quoted us. Don't bother looking elsewhere - give Steven a call.

The electrician installed several recessed lighting fixtures for me 3 years ago and did an excellent job at reasonable cost. However one of the fixtures was defective and recently shorted out. I have called and left messages at least 3 times for follow up service and have yet to receive a return call.

They replaced an attic vent fan over a year ago and told us we didn't need any roofing work around it. Turns out it has been leaking every time it rains. The rain just got bad enough that it leaked all the way into our house. When called they said they don't do roofing and it would be our responsibility. The leak is clearly coming from the vent fan they replaced. Horrible workmanship and customer service. Do not use this company.
