As a licensed, insured, and bonded electrical and general contractor, we bring more than 25 years of expertise in upscale residential and commercial projects. Originally rooted in San Francisco's upscale residential construction sector, we have recently broadened our service area to include the immediate East Bay, particularly Emeryville, Berkeley, Piedmont, Oakland, and Alameda.

By acting as a single point of contact for diverse scopes of work, we deliver considerable value to our clients. As an example, we just finished remodeling a single-family home's kitchen and bathroom, in addition to upgrading PG&E services, enhancing lighting, and applying fresh paint.

As an electrical and general contractor using full-electric trucks, we enjoy distinct benefits. For example, during a recent project, we removed the entire electrical meter setup of a single-family home and disconnected PG&E's power, yet we managed to keep power running for the homeowner's refrigerator, lighting, WiFi, and electronics. While we were installing recessed lighting, which necessitated opening sheetrock in the ceiling and walls, we also worked on the kitchen cabinets and countertops. We wrapped up the project by handling the sheetrock and paint, finishing in three weeks without PG&E power, delivering outstanding value without requiring extra contractors or tradesmen.
