2. Reliable - was always on time for completion of both rough and finish electrical.
3. We always passed our inspections - and we all know how tough inspectors can be.

5. Dave did an awesome job on designing the full project. We have now been in our home for 4 months and there is not one thing that I wish he would have done differently.

They responded to our inquiry for a bid, proposed one quickly, which we accepted, and had the solar project done within a few weeks and permitting papers ready to go. Very efficient, courteous and highly recommend them. My first PG&E bill was $4.73.

This company was clueless about how to replace my solar inverters. Not only could they not resolve my problem, but they were unresponsive, requiring me to make numerous phone calls over a couple of months to get any information.

After their initial site visit, LIUS&E kept giving me excuses about why they couldn't find a solution for my down inverters. Eventually, after literally weeks of having to call to get any information, it became apparent that these guys just didn't know what to do. So, I called Solar Works in Chico and the problem was resolved immediately. What a contrast between a professional solar company and merely wannabes. If you need an older (5+ years) solar system repaired, stay away from LIUS&E.

Light It Up Solar beat all the competitors by a wide margin. I spent 6 weeks doing research and getting bids. They beat the competition by a wide margin.

First off, Dave Nelson from LIUS, gave me an education about home solar, not a sales pitch. He gave me an hour of time to go over options and look at the best and most economical way to go solar.

Next, he is selling the best panels and inverters on the market. Solar World panels were less expensive than many of the Chinese Panels and they are made in Eugene, Oregon. They have a 30 year linear guarantee and the inverters have a 25 year guarantee. (Check that out against any other product)

The panel placement on my roof was done on time, on schedule and actually added to my curb appeal. The paper work was done efficiently and I was linked with PG&E 5 days after installation.

Here is some proof. My neighbor just put up 16 panels from Solar City and sent me a link to show how great they are. I have 10 panels and I often generate more power than he does. That shows that I made a very good decision to go with Light It Up Solar.
