I have some light fixtures to install on a very tall ceiling that needs at least a 16' step ladder. Natasha sent over a quote that was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. The technicians arrived as promised. I didn't have to wait on them. I will be calling them next time for my electric work needs. My experience was like the other 5 star Yelp reviews. I will recommend them to anyone who asks me for an electrician.

Bad customer service. I called on Wed 11/16/22 and explained my HVAC is tripping the breaker when the heat comes on (its electric not gas) and provided my info. They said we will call you back to set an appt. Natasha called me back within an hour and confirmed the previous info, the service fee and approximate quote if they have to replace the breaker. I agreed to an appt the next day, Thur 11/17/22 with arrival between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. she stated they would call when the technician was on his way. By 12:15 p.m. on 11/17/22 nobody had called or showed up so I called them back and spoke to Wilma who apologized and said she would have someone call me back. Finally at 12:35 Natasha called (only because I called the company) and told me ""our technician is finishing up with his customer and should be on his way shortly"". I told her never mind, the window was between 8 and 12 not afterwards and because she never called out of courtesy to tell me there was a delay. All Natasha said was ""Okay I'll cancel the appt"". No apology or attempt to keep my business, very unprofessional. I called ADIS Electric and Tina was very polite and accommodating for a same day (11/17/22) appt.

I moved to Texas three years ago and I look for an electrician with five stars Light it up totally deserve their five stars I've used them for about every electrical need all over our house three years later I'm still and will always call them for my electrical needs They are on time and do an excellent quality job Im very happy with the jobs all they've done and Todd the owner makes sure if you are not happy with the job he will do his best to make it right I just had a smart ceiling fan today and I was amazed at the great work mark and Josh did to put up the fan and trouble shoot why it didn't work at first they figured out we had to switches and it needed to be hooked up to the other switch plus they showed me how to use the remote that came with it I will continue to use them for any future electrical projects we have in the future I highly recommend Light it up !

I wanted to install an extra outlet in the guest bathroom so we can have a electric bidet installed. They were able to pull new outlet through the staircase. The quote, setting up the appointments, install, and explanation of install was all very clear. Basically there was no surprises along the way and am very satisfied of the outcome.

I still consider myself a fairly new owner, having lived in this house for only 7 months. We have found many electrical problems throughout these months, and Light It Up Electric is our go-to contractor for rectifying the found issues. All of the Light It Up technicians who have been sent to my house have been courteous, professional, and knowledgable. While most of my problems have been relatively small, some of my issues required a fair amount of trouble-shooting. They have been quite helpful in giving me options and solid advice on the more complicated problems, and saving me money when appropriate. I am hoping my electrical problems in this house have all been found and resolved, but if something does come up, I will not hesitate to give them a call.

If you have any electrical needs please don't go with a handyman - just hire Light it Up rather than wasting time.

Mark and Colton were the electricians that came out. They were prompt, professional and knowledgeable!

I hired Light it Up to do two ceiling fans for me and I didn't even need to have one replaced they quickly figured out that the handyman I previously used had just wired it incorrectly. It took them less than 5 minutes to figure that out!

They are so responsive and easy to get in touch with as well. Would definitely recommend.

Light it up Electric had the best pricing for hanging lights on our tall ceiling. They confirmed the appointment and gave us a call when they were on their way. They managed that huge ladder with care inside the house. They did a great job in their suggestions on how to hang the globe hallway lights. This company will be in high demand especially with all these new homes being built with really tall ceilings. I will be calling them again to help hang our dining room chandelier.
