We contacted Yong because our kitchen circuit breaker was getting tripped. We told him the details and sent pictures via Yelp. He saw that the circuit breaking was expected because we were just drawing too much power with our appliances. Other electricians wanted to charge us $100 or more to come out to the house just for a diagnostic. We'll be calling LHP for our electrical needs in the future.

Looks like the owner of this company is not able to perform electrical work. straight up tells me that they won't take the job that I'm asking for without a reason. It's upsetting because they won't say why.

I need an attic job done, 2 outlets and 2 lights to be installed, outside I need 3 outlets to be installed (1 repaired).

while they have the right to refuse, I have the same right to post a review to reflect the lack of explanation in their decision.

[changing score from 1 to 3] owner replies through a public forum that their guys got covid -- how was that difficult to not tell me in private.

Called LHP Electric and shared with them via Whatsap what we needed done. They gave us an estimate immediately. They then setup an appointment for the following day. The electrician was on time and did a great job, cleaned up after himself and explained everything we needed to know. If or when we need a Electrician in the future we will call LPH again!

Mr Zhang came by quickly on Saturday when a circuit does not seem to work in Garage. He fixed it expeditiously. When it was broken again a day later, he diagnosed it and fixed it rightaway without any charges.

I just had my Tesla wall connector installed today and am super happy about LHP electrical's service.

We connected on yelp and Mr. Zhang immediately helped provide a quote by simply going over the condition and equipment around the area I wanted it to be installed over phone via FaceTime, which was very efficient. We set up the appointment like less than a week away.

Mr. Zhang and his team arrived promptly at 830am in the morning and dived in the work right away. The technicians are polite and patient when I pop questions. They are also detail oriented and careful when handling the work. At the moment it seems almost done, Mr. Zhang found out an improvement worth doing and then the team took extra time to get it done, which turns out much better on the finish. After all work done, we took time to test out the house and the charger both. The team cleaned up the garbage and made everything back to its place . Mr. Zhang also kindly offered a few tips on how to prevent it from overloading and how to preserve the charger's life.

Besides all the charger and breaker panel work, I consulted few questions about lighting around the house and Mr. Zhang kindly gave explanations and suggestions as well. All was very productive and helpful! I really appreciate it.

Yong was fantastic, he seems knowledgable, professional, honest and was punctual. I contacted him early in the a.m. and he was here by 1 p.m. Our problem was unique and odd at the same time but he managed to solve it, repair it and get our problem resolved. Zhang came out to assess and quote issues/asks and was honest, informative, and actually helped recommend solutions on different routes I could take. Recommend for any electrical needs you may need.

We were updating our ceiling fixtures and needed someone to install them all at the same time, so I turned to Yelp. Yong answered the phone right away and told me how much it would cost for each light and ceiling fan. There was only one tricky fixture for the kitchen, and Yong called me immediately after each question that I texted to him. He and his father came to work on the job together, and they installed all the ceiling fixtures quickly. When a couple of the lights didn't work properly, they trouble-shooted and discovered some old wiring in the house was to blame. Everything is working great now! I'm very happy with their work and would definitely call them back for future jobs! P.S. I also appreciated their care when coming into the home. They both wore masks and put disposable booties over their shoes.

I used LHP Electrical service for installing 60 amps/220 V for Swim Spa and panel upgrade. First they scheduled a face time call to provide an estimate. They arrived on time and finished the work as per estimated timeline. Their work was very perfect and neat. I would highly recommend them for any electrical work.

Look no further in trying to find an electrician. I got an immediate response from Yong when I requested a quote and he came out the very next morning to fix our problem. Yong was very friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. He made sure everything worked before he left. Price is reasonable too. Definitely a pleasant experience.
