LHP was recommended to me as Yong did some work for my daughter. I left a message around 2 pm, he called me right back. Took of picture of what I wanted in install. He gave me a quote and said he can be here within the hour. He literally was done by 3:20 pm installing my light fixture and changing my light switch. Awesome service.

This review is long overdue. I needed a 240V, 48A, 6 AWG, 6-50 NEMA receptacle installed along with a 60A breaker. Zhang provided a consultation over Facetime. He was able to do the installation quickly. I made a mistake and initially asked for a 50A breaker installed. Once I realized my mistake, Zhang replaced it with a 60A breaker at no extra charge. After testing the socket at high load, the breaker kept tripping. Zhang came over quickly to diagnose and fix the problem at no charge. THANK YOU, highly recommended!!

Great work, quick and friendly. We needed to install a NEMA 14-50 (and additional breaker in the panel) for EV charging. Initially contacted Mr. Zhang through Yelp for a quote on Sunday and quickly got a reply. (On a Sunday!) We were able to schedule an appointment with him quickly. On the day of work, he kept us informed about when he will be arriving. He arrived on time and was able to finish well before his quoted time. The installation looks great, and he verified his work with us after the installation is completed. He also had informed us about what the installed hardware were and the load they can take.

Would definitely recommend if anyone is looking for an electrician!

I highly recommend Zhang and his crew for electrical installation. Mine was to rewire an entire 2k sq ft house (mostly old wires from 1960s, some ungrounded). Price was very reasonable compared to others.

Everything done to the NEC code. #14 for lights, #12 for receptacles. Reserved sufficient amps for HVAC upgrade in the future. GFCI in kitchen and bathrooms.

Thoughtful
Show extra considerations for us when planning circuits, wiring and switches. Install switches in intuitive places. Place bathrooms, bedrooms, lights all in separate branch circuits.

Above and beyond
Replaced an exterior subpanel and added an additional subpanel for free even though not strictly required, to save us some capacity for EV charger and AC upgrade in the future.
Zhang also helped us with an estimate during inspection contingency, given really tight schedule.

We had a small emergency as a small section of our home suddenly blacked out, and we needed a quick repair. We called a few different electricians, who were booked for the day, but LHP was willing to come late in the evening.

We knew something had shorted out behind our walls, but had no idea where the short was. LHP somehow figured out where it was right away, and fixed it quickly.

After the service was done, I asked if they could come back and fix a broken light switch. They had a spare switch with them and fixed it right away for a great price!

We were extremely pleased with the service we got, and we hope to make LHP our permanent new electrician!
