I only called Lexlor Electric because they were the closest to me, but I didn't call anyone else to get estimates because Mario got back to me right away and the services seemed reasonably priced. Only later did I notice that he had ALL 5 STAR REVIEWS! How was it possible?? Was it bots?? After working with him, I now understand why!

Our tenants lost power on half the ADU and I wanted this resolved quickly. It was 9:15a on the Thursday before Christmas and Mario was able to come by 11:00a. And he actually arrived on time unlike other service people!

He was able to restore power and said he would come back at 8a the next morning to fix the issue. He suggested a few solutions at different price ranges and let me pick from there with no pressure to upsell. Even when I changed my mind the next day about what services to get he was not upset and went with the flow.

Mario is communicative, professional, and efficient. The total was $370, which was $185 for 1hr on each day. The price to install a new outlet and rewire was $500, or do two for $1000. I'm not sure if that is high or low, but I was happy to get this fixed so quickly! I will be sure to call him again if any other electrical issue arises.

Mario was one of a kind!
He was very responsive. He replied to me within minutes and we were able to set up an appointment the next day.
He knows the stuff. It took him a couple of minutes to figure out what caused the problem. He stayed at my house for only 20 minutes. WIthin the time he was able to fix the issue perfectly.

We would highly recommend Mario and Zoey. They do fantastic work. The two most impressive things about Lexlor Electric are (1) COMMUNICATION- they are in constant communication and almost every time we called them they picked up and (2) BUDGET- they are fantastic about communicating and executing budget.

If there was 6 stars I know I would give them that without hesitation. We needed to upgrade our fuse box from 1940. Right there that tells you our desperate need. LOL. We got a few quotes and some were decent, some didn't show up, some were late and never called. We got extreme estimates, to ""a little too cheap"" estimates....which told me something wasn't right. Mario came when he said he would. He looked around and gave us a fair price, with everything we wanted and made excellent suggestions we never even thought about. From meeting him, we got a great feeling. He wasn't trying to drain us or take advantage of how we were naive about electrical. You could tell he wanted to make us happy. You know like old school customer service. We upgraded all our electrical with him. We also got recessed lighting in our frontroom, and new lighting in our dining room and kitchen. He was fantastic! He did every room up to code, and kept the areas very clean. Mario and his team were respectful, thorough and exceptional. I cannot recommend them enough. Fantastic job, am recommending all my friends to them. Call him for an estimate, you'll see what I mean. :)
