ABSOLUTELY APPALLING customer service!!! These guys were subcontracted by Best Buy to deliver and install a 55"" TV yesterday between 8am-12pm. Didn't hear from them until 12:16 when they called to say that they could come over but needed a confirmation that I would be home. Somehow I missed that call and when I called back at 12:37 I got their voicemail, but it was full so could not leave a message, twice!. Finally their dispatcher called me back at 12:53 to say that they had gone to the next appointment but could come back to me after that.

I waited all afternoon, called them back at least 4 more times but was unable to leave a voicemail, and they never turned up or even returned my call. When I rang Best Buy this morning they said that the Tech Guys had brought back the TV to their warehouse yesterday at 6pm.

I have never experienced more unprofessional service. HOW CAN A DELIVERY AND INSTALL SERVICE NOT HAVE ANYONE ANSWERING THE PHONE???? Or not practice simple but essential tasks such as calling customers within the delivery window when they know that they won't be able to make the scheduled time???

Net result for me is that I have wasted an entire day waiting for these guys and no delivery, and the next available date from Best Buy is Dec 31! Thanks a lot Tech Guys, I never write Yelp reviews but I am so appalled by your service that I think everyone should know.

Lex did an awesome job! We had the TV mounted and a painting hung. He was in and out in under 40 minutes. He knew exactly what he was doing and even gave some good suggestions. He was patient as I discussed different height options with my husband over the phone and even held the TV up so I could take a picture. -- The TV looks great! We could not have asked for a better experience. Quality work and reasonable prices, we would recommend the Tech Guyz to anyone.

Prompt, courteous, neat, fast, great programming after installation; all for only slightly more than I would have paid for a far less competent job from Cosco, which would have taken an extra week.
No wonder these guys average a whooping 4.9. Hope mine review puts them over the top for a 5.0!

After discussing the planned install extensively over email and phone the tech showed up and said they could not do the in-wall wiring on a plaster wall... frustrating given that they said they could ""definitely"" do it when I booked the appointment. Then after doing a basic install instead the tech overcharged me by $50 - when I questioned why the price wasn't the same as listed on the website they said I had to request that pricing ahead of time (which wasn't possible because I was booked for a different kind of install that the tech couldn't deliver on). I also contacted the owner of the business requesting a refund for the overcharge and was denied. Underpromised and overcharged.

Lex came out to clean up my mess and did a superb job! Very patient and knowledgeable about AV solutions! Already set up my next appointment for him to get the rest of my TV's in order! So glad to finally have someone I can call and trust they will show up AND do the work requested at a fair price.

Lex did amazing work! I was truly paranoid about the weight and the metal studs. I have a 65"" Samsung TV, with an articulating mount. 5/8"" sheetrock, with metal framing. Originally, I was going to attempt to hang it myself, but was concerned about the integrity of the walls. All of my concerns were relieved. Lex patiently answered my questions demonstrating how knowledgeable he is when it comes to AV installation. I'm very happy with the results and the professionalism he and his team provided. I will definitely use their services again.

Lex was awesome! He came out on very short notice and completed the job faster than expected. He was able to drill through tile without cracking anything and was extremely professional all around.

Lex was awesome! He installed two TVs and the Sonos in our apartment. He showed up on time, took his shoes off (which I appreciated since we have a new rug), put a blanket down, and worked efficiently and in a timely manner. When we told him what we wanted, he was able to offer a few recommendations/ alternative options. Once he completed the job, he was able to walk us through what he did and gave us the opportunity to ask any follow up questions afterwards. We will absolutely have time home back in the future and would 100% recommend him to our friends/anyone who needed to have a TV installed.

After trying to set up our home network several times myself, Lex came in and made it happen. My internet is fast, reliable, and I can finally stream my shows anywhere in the house.
