I first tried LEVRemodeling services several years ago and requested some typical handyman work to repair and hang up a few things. I very skeptical because I have gone through several other companies who provided horrible service and/or bad customer service. However, after he finished working, I noticed how great the quality of his work was and how professionally he conducted himself. I knew right away that I found a gem. I have continued using him over the years to do countless projects for me, my friends and family and he has never let any of us down. Every time he has worked with me or anyone I know, he has done terrific work. He has installed my Kasa switches and helped my husband and me set up our smart home with Alexa, he installed GFI switches for my home and garage, and he Install my 120V electrical outlet with conduit in my garage for my husband's hybrid electric car along with a 220V electrical Flush-Mount Receptacle with conduit in the garage for my new Tesla. He even fixed my kitchen cabinets and drawer rails that were ruined by another contractor. When I say fixed, I mean that he made everything he touched look new again. He even cleaned up after himself. He is very personable and his work ethic was amazing! I have never met such a humble, honest, professional and reasonable man such as LEV. He is the only person you should call for your remodeling needs. He is the official JOAT! He is very hard working and reliable. However, he is a very busy man since he is so popular so please call as early as you can and be patient while trying to book an appointment. He will either call or text you back. He is definitely ""worth the wait."" If I ever have a problem with anything in my house, I call LEVRemodeling to fix the the problem.

Lev is careful and meticulous about the work. He prefers things to be done correctly (and we do too) but he will present different options for consideration of cost and effort. He retiled our kitchen and back door areas nicely and added extra detail work at the end to tie it all together. We also had a hood fan installed in the kitchen that involved a lot more construction than anticipated and he was very reasonable about the cost of additional labor that involved working in our cramped, hot attic.

We continue to use Lev Remodeling for jobs at our house. Recently we had Lev Luc (owner) remove my non-working Wolf range and install a new GE gas range we ordered from Sears. While Sears offers such installation for a small cost, my wife and I wanted to have Lev do the work, as Lev is extremely careful to not damage floors or walls. We have hardwood floors and there are a couple of tight corners that have to be turned to get a range in and out of the house. Lev provided excellent service. We are especially thankful that Lev kindly came on one of his days off to provide timely service. We honestly could not be happier with the work Lev does. As I mentioned before, we will be using Lev for some additional jobs in the future. Lev has provided written estimates for some of those identified jobs.

Lev just completed multiple tasks on our home: installed toilets, built a wall, installed sod, repairs, painting. Lev provides detailed quotes, is reliable, does good work, and is a nice guy. I expanded initial work request 2 or 3 times. I will hire Lev again (already discussed doing some screen repairs in Feb.).

What a very nice man! Called about a ""sticky"" door, Lev responded right away! I was able to describe the issue and send a couple pictures for him to review. He was able to see me the following day, did a quick check, made some adjustments And the door opens and closes properly at last!
Great service, very fair price and as stated above, a really nice person!
Lev is now on my speed dial for my family's needs, he is able to do a variety of home improvements and I'm sure we'll be calling him again when a problem arises. Good service Yelpers give him a call !

He did a great job for us. He was here all day doing various jobs. He was very patient when we didn't have a part we needed and we had to go to the store. We're very satisfied with all the things he fixed and would absolutely hire him again.

Lev did several things for us...cut out and replaced fascia at roof line (dry rot) and replaced with new 2x8 and painted, fixed folding doors in laundry room and added molding, added an electric outlet to the front of our home and another on the side, added a deadbolt to our door entering the garage and placed a solar panel and light for the side yard so our dog could see at night when nature calls.He also installed a new switch in the guest bathroom that separated the light from the fan.

All was done professionally, timely and at a reasonable cost. Lev takes pride in his work and I highly recommend him.
