Had a leak coming through a vent in the ceiling I knew what it was the A/C right away since our backup condensation line was already dripping. Called during the last heat wave knowing I would have trouble finding someone to come out at 5pm on a Tuesday. This was the third company I called, the first didn't answer and the second offered to come out the following week! The third was Let's Chill and Kevin offered to come out as soon as he finished up with an appt he was wrapping up. I figured he was doing me a favor since that was probably supposed to be his last appointment for the day. I was happy to see he did come by as promised and took care of the leak. I accepted a quick quote (which I found very reasonable), he cleared out both the primary and secondary lines and the A/C was as good as new. Talked to him a little about his company and asked a few questions about our HVAC system (I wanted to make sure he knew what he was talking about). I could not be happier with the level of communication and service that was provided and I now have my ""A/C guy."" Just like we all need a good mechanic we all need a good ""A/C guy"" and I'm happy to have found ours. He will be replacing our condenser unit very soon. I very highly recommend Let's Chill HVAC!

Needed someone to fix a minisplit that was no longer blowing cold at my parents. We originally had someone come ojt to recharge the unit and it blew cold for 1 day and stopped working. Regretted throwing money away to that dishonest person becuase they didnt fix the root of the issue. Reached out to Kevin through yelp and he responded right away. Sent a couple photos and he was able to give me a reasonable estimate of the price. He came out and fixed a leak and recharged the unit and got everything blowing cold again in under an hour. Really honest and knowledgeable person. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for someone to fix your ac units.

With Kevin's knowledge, diverse experience, analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail, he can solve even the most complicated HVAC problems or install new equipment with perfection. Kevin never takes shortcuts and his workmanship is always top notch. This is very important considering that the longevity of HVAC equipment is highly dependent on the quality of the installation or repairs undertaken.

Kevin has performed a variety of work for me so far, such as replacing my old R22 condenser with a converted R410 condenser, replacing a capacitor and troubleshooting a refrigerant leak. All of work were performed flawlessly and at a reasonable cost. I've worked with many HVAC technicians before and Kevin is by far the best when it comes to reasonable pricing, competency, honesty and reliability. He really takes care of his customers like they are his own family.

Kevin was referred to us by a trusted friend when we could find no available companies willing to prioritize us. Even though Hemet is outside his normal travel range, Kevin responded immediately, worked extra long hours in extreme heat and still gave us a fair price for the new system. We had an issue with our tenant's AC unit that had stopped working in the middle of a heatwave around the 4th of July holiday. Kevin came to the house on short notice and started working on something that initially appeared to be an easy fix. However, turns out that the previous tenants had made some ""updates"" to the AC unit that made everything a much bigger issue. Kevin spent an enormous amount of time trying to identify the problems, had to order a hard-to-get replacement part over the holidays, came back and fixed the unit. Throughout this much-bigger-than-anticipated repair, he stayed professional, pleasant, honest, reliable and more than fair re: repair costs and I would not hesitate to call on him again with any other AC issues. Highly recommend.

Kevin came as a recommendation and he did not disappoint! He diagnosed our issue with our unit, implemented an initial fix which did not completely solve the problem. I contacted him after and based on his excellent experience and knowledge of HVAC units, he immediately knew what to do next to ultimately resolve the problem once and for all.

Kevin is awesome! I appreciate his knowledge on HVAC's. He explains the issues so well, teaches you why issues happen and if it's possible for you to fix on your own for next time, he shows you how. Our AC has been acting up this summer and we for sure thought it was done. I called Kevin and he listened to the sounds it was making then he knew what the exact issue was and it was something as simple as the clean out! Phew! He also installed a mini split in our garage and back house. They are working great! He's a busy guy but he is very responsive.
