Kevin came as a recommendation and he did not disappoint! He diagnosed our issue with our unit, implemented an initial fix which did not completely solve the problem. I contacted him after and based on his excellent experience and knowledge of HVAC units, he immediately knew what to do next to ultimately resolve the problem once and for all.
Kevin is very responsive, super easy to work with, and is very reasonable with pricing for his work.
Overall I'm extremely satisfied and would not hesitate to contact him again for my HVAC needs!

Kevin is awesome! I appreciate his knowledge on HVAC's. He explains the issues so well, teaches you why issues happen and if it's possible for you to fix on your own for next time, he shows you how. Our AC has been acting up this summer and we for sure thought it was done. I called Kevin and he listened to the sounds it was making then he knew what the exact issue was and it was something as simple as the clean out! Phew! He also installed a mini split in our garage and back house. They are working great! He's a busy guy but he is very responsive.

Came out to assess an issue with our a/c flow between our attic and second floor. Took him some time but he had a plausible theory for the issue we had with some parts he said were out on our unit. Came back after ordering new parts and said it was all fixed when he was about to leave. I checked the units-- no change. He then worked on it some more and said again it was fixed and he checked to make sure. I was running late to head out of town ( he arrived much later than he said he would) so trusted him when he said it was taken care of. On returning still having the same issue. When I mentioned it was not fixed he said it was strange. When I asked if he was licensed he became defensive. He said he stands by his work and would return to troubleshoot. I've contacted him three times over the past three weeks and he is not responding to my texts. So much for standing by his work. I've asked for my $ back but of course have heard nothing.

Updated: Kevin originally responded to this review by stating that he chose to ignore my messages and not return as he promised because it wasn't worth his time. He also wrote that he'd refund a portion of the amount I paid him to retract the review. Once I posted the text screenshots, he changed his review. He suggested on his new review that I am fabricating the texts in some way to give another impression. Feel free to look at the numbering on the photos (yelp ads the last text selected first for some reason so I had to number them)-- they are sequential as numbered. I'm sure his skill work for many people but if there is an issue, you will get ghosted if you ask too many questions of him. Lied to PayPal when I asked for a refund. Take home message--he does not actually stand by his work.

Kevin saved the day from the sweltering heat with his prompt response and astute problem solving to identify and solve our air conditioning condenser issue! He was proficient and competant in connecting the dots with the problems in our AC and breaker panel. I appreciated that he took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it, which other HVAC technicians rarely do. He also tested our refrigerant and refilled it to the correct levels, which no other technician thought of. I highly recommend Kevin for future jobs and respect his judgement after he fixed our AC timely.

I am cautious of technicians because I heard stories of being over charged, not doing the work properly, constant issues after, and the list goes on.

I am very glad we found Kevin and how knowledgeable he is in his field. NOT all technicians are the same, they lack the knowledge and experience, I am so happy we found Kevin through a review and hope he is able to help others in the same need!

Had an issue with no cold air blowing and the summer just started. Got a portable a/c for a few weeks to survive the night while looking for a HVAC that would be knowledgeable, reasonable, and professional.

We came across other people having HVAC issues and came across Kevin, after looking at recommendations and reviews, we messaged him on Saturday night. Kevin called and scheduled us in on Monday morning, came and diagnose the problem with nitrogen to find the leak. He found that the T-valve needed to be replaced and that there was a leak in the compressor unit.

We had the older freon R-22 and those are more expensive to fill up if there are freon leaks, we chose to get a new compressor unit since it's a 16-20 year old unit.

Kevin ordered the unit, installed it the same week. Love the feeling of cold air again in the comfort of our own home!

Of course our AC started acting up as soon as the weather turned HOT! Thank goodness for Kevin. We called him to fix our AC after hearing from multiple people's glowing reviews. Kevin came on time (actual early), was proactive, responsive, and fixed the issue with our AC unit in no time!

Twice Kevin has come to our rescue when the a/c has stopped working during a heatwave. Kevin knows his trade well. He assesses the problem, gives you an idea of what is not working, and gets busy fixing the problem. We bought the parts ourselves, at cost, and Kevin repaired the problem. He is efficient, incredibly knowledgeable, explains everything well, and his final invoice is entirely reasonable and doesn't make you weep for days. My confidence in him to diagnose the problem, correctly repair it, and charge equitably is 100%. Plus, like any great doctor's office, he gives a follow up call to make sure things are right.

Kevin has done some work for my grandfather in the past and more recently for my cousin, and now I have had the experience of a genuine no b/s HVAC technician. I called Kevin and he was able to get to me the next day, called ahead to confirm the appointment time and showed up on time! He was able to diagnose and repair my HVAC system in short order. Kevin let me know what was wrong, and also gave me an estimate on what the repairs would be before digging in and replacing the parts, the invoice was exactly what he told me it would be.
