When you buy an older home, and want to make some minor renovations, those minor things can become major pretty fast. My wife wanted a new fridge, and so we wanted to move our old one into the garage. Unfortunately, the fridge lost power every 7 minutes. It was tripping the GFCI outlet that it was plugged into. Unfortunately, too, there are only 3 outlets in the garage. The GFCI in the center along the back wall, an electrical outlet 8 feet high on the right side, and another at knee level towards the garage door on the left side. Electrical is one area I don't want to mess with, so I looked up who reputable electricians in the area on Yelp. Leo came up first, with high reviews. I messaged the business and received an immediate response with a link to schedule make an appointment. I must have been lucky because it was the same exact time that I was available. His brother and partner, Luis, showed up on time and I was able to speak with Leo while his team was assessing the area. Ultimately, the answer was to upgrade our electrical panel because it was old (1996), safer, and where I wanted to move the refrigerator required a new outlet but I couldn't because my panel was maxed out. So Luis came up with a great solution, Leo gave me a great quote for all the work to be done and within a few hours. They were done pretty quickly, with the power being out for about 2 hours. I also had some drywall contractors in the house and they didn't have to wait too long before getting back to work. All in all, I have an upgraded panel, new outlet for my fridge in the garage that won't trip, and a new ground because somebody disconnected the ground outside which left some outlets ungrounded. Crazy! Older homes are always big projects, but I'm glad that Leo and his crew were able to make this repair and upgrade quick and painless. His pricing was also more than fair, so what a great value. Thorough and professional work, thanks Leo!

I had an issue over the years with several outlets causing the breakers to trip in a new construction home, after working with the builder and them sending out their electrician multiple times claiming it was fixed the issue still occurred to the point that we had to run extension cords to other outlets to get our appliances to work properly. Eventually we decided to take it upon ourselves to reach out to an electrician to have them come in and fix everything. Leo answered the phone around 4:30pm and was very friendly, luckily they were in the area and he said they could be at our house in 35 minutes, even though it was the end of the day, they showed up as promised and helped explain what was causing the issue, and completed the repairs same day. I'm very thankful to have reached out to Leo and his team. They were very friendly, took their time explaining everything, and ensured to address any concerns we had and our experience to ensure they were able to fix all the outlets/breakers we were having problems with. 100% would recommend this company!

I appreciated that they were willing to look first to see what the problem entailed before charging me up front. The issue was very minor, so their reasonable trip fee compensated them for the visit and left me a happy customer. Only reason I didn't give five stars was because they were very busy the day before and got delayed in getting back to me with scheduling. I would use them again.

We had them come in to run the power to the shed. It was not up to the code and up to standard. But they were willing to come back to fix the issues. Then we gave them a second chance to change out our breaker box. Same problems. Vey shabby work and the box looked like a mess. If you don't know anything about electricity, go with them. We happen to have a whole house of retired electricians.

Leo Electric did an amazing job installing 13 ceiling lights, rewired a 3-way switch that was done wrong from another crew and added 3 light switches at a very reasonable price.
