Lema Construction installed 2 windows and 2 sliding doors in my townhome with excellent results. I have had Milgard windows installed in several prior rentals so I knew what to expect in terms of the product, so i was focused on the installation process and quality of the trim and finish work and it's great. They were efficient and non-intrusive and I was able to work from home without interruption. Leszek communicated with me all along the way, which was appreciated because COVID has resulted in long delays in the arrival of the doors/windows. Also, the price was significantly lower than I have paid prior installers. All in all, I'm very pleased and will call them again for my next project. Thanks Leszek and crew!

I truly enjoyed working with Luis Moreno of Lema Construction and his supervisor, Jose and the crew.
We had a very tight time schedule with which to get this remodel completed and Luis and his team fulfilled our every expectation, working hard on weekends down to the last day. Whenever there was a problem that came up Luis was a consummate professional and dealt with every issue with patience and kind & reasonable consideration. The quality of the project and workmanship was excellent. Attention to detail was taken at every step. They had innovative suggestions when dealing with this 114 year-old Victorian home.
It's not often that you walk away from a large remodel project with a consistently positive memory of the experience. I have and would highly recommend Luis Moreno and LEMA Construction.

We had his team do electrical work on our bathroom, hallway and replace old light fixtures. My husband and I recently completed an addition to our house with LEMA construction and we are extremely happy with their work. I didn't know where to start, I tried calling other contractors from Yelp, some of the contractors listed with ""5 stars"" hung up on me after I told them I didn't have architectural plans yet. I felt very disappointed and overwhelmed. Luckily, after talking to a co-worker about my plans to add to my house, they referred me to Luis Moreno. Luis guided me through the whole process, he even referred me to an Architect that was affordable and a pleasure to work with. I purchased a trifold door and hired a terrible company to do the job. In short, door was taken back to Milgard because the initial installers couldn't do the job and we thought there was something wrong with the door. Lema Construction was recommended and what a difference. They did an amazing job and the price was reasonable. I realized he's been mentioned many times, but Luis, and his crew are amazing. I highly recommend them as they are skilled in their trade
