This man is weird in dealing with him but that was not the problem. I am a woman alone trying to put my house back together after Ida. He agreed to put up 2 ceiling fans on 18' ceilings having to rent a 14' ladder that rents for $40 at Sunbelt and $51 at H. Depot. He charged me $$163.60 for the rental, pick and return of the ladder. He charged me $220.60 for a diagnosis level of 2 ceiling fans which was his idea and didn't tell me what the cost would be. He didn't explain what it would accomplish which was nothing b/c after he switched fans around he still did know if it was the capacitor or the switch, so it was a BIG EXPENSIVE waste of time. All to run the bill up. He didn't check with to see if the fans came with length downrods needed which I didn't know anything about. He was the professional and should have made sure I had them before coming out b/c he ended up not being able to install the fans. I asked him to hang a picture since he had the 14' ladder here and was remiss in asking what he'd charge for that. He ripped me off to the tune of $150 to hang one picture on a ladder. He didn't do what he was hired to do and charged me a grand total of $619 for 2 hours or less. I wrote the check in total shock and then when I checked on the price of the ladder rental, I put a stop payment on the check. He has since threatened me with legal action although I offered to pay him $200, Said he wants ALL his money. A very relentless and scary man. I'm sure he will try to take me to Small Claims Court so we'll see what a arbitrator decides. He was one of the worse, rudest, arrogant contractors I have ever dealt with in owing a home since l984. Stay away from Leger Electric. The guy is more than scary and a complete rip off who takes advantages of woman. I give him Zero stars!!!! Well, it says I have to give him at least one star in order to post the review so since I'm forced to I give him one lousy star

This was the second time we used the services of Leger Electric. This job was to rearrange our breaker panel and make room for and install an RV sub-panel. From the initial estimate to the final work, he was professional, on time, friendly and does quality work. He explained everything to our content and was eager to make sure we were satisfied with the work performed. We would absolutely call Leger in the future for any other electrical work to be done.

This guy Jamie told us he would charge one amount to come out and change the light switch. He came out and spent 45 minutes at most. Then after completing the job he came up with the bill for a much larger amount, ridiculous amount. Absolutely absurd and he was very rude throughout the entire job. I would not recommend him, please call another electrician.

I had 2 dimmer switches put in already Installed switch plates. I was charged 618.00 and he was there 30 mins at the most. We are senior citizens and were totally ripped off. I researched other companies in town and found that even 200.00 would have been over the top. Do not use this company.

My call was returned very quickly. The electrician was very polite and helpful. He diagnosed a simple problem over the phone for me at no charge. He could have come out, fixed it, and charged me a couple hundred dollars. Instead he gave me a suggestion to try and then even followed up with me the next day to make sure that fixed the problem. This is the type of service I would expect to receive if I was a long time customer, but this was my first experience with this company. I will definitely be calling them with any future problems.

Helped me out on a holiday when my power went partially out. Couldn't make a service call, but Mr Leger called me back, diagnosed the problem (was an electric company issue) and even followed up the next day to make sure everything turned out OK. Rare to find that kind of service these days!
