Cane to the lake to stay the week art pout cabin and the above was out. I called on Monday and they scheduled someone out Tuesday morning first thing. Coil was leaking so they had to order one. Took a couple of days but, they got it installed today and working asap. Frank and Raul were very helpful and professional. Thanks for being there when you said you would. Awesome job!

We needed to replace our heat pump system at our home in Canyon Lake. We made appointments with a number of AC contractors for an inspection/quote. Was not too impressed with the first four (and beginning to get worried)...then Travis Zunker from Legacy came to visit. He spent the time to review our situation and go aver the options that were available to us. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable about the products and HVAC in general. Needless to say, we picked Legacy and am very glad we did. Travis, Raoul, Frank and the rest of the crew came out the following week (it will be three weeks tomorrow) and hauled off the old (23 years old) equipment and installed the really, really cool new high tech system. They arrived at 8:30am and worked straight through until completed around 3:30pm. VERY professional install and answered all my questions. Very, very happy with these guys. If you need HVAC repairs or need to upgrade your system in the New Braunfels-Canyon Lake area, rest assured that Legacy will do a great job at a reasonable price. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Such a great experience with Legacy Heating and Air! I spoke with Travis Z. first who gave me an idea of what the issue could be (he was right on!). I called in for service as it was needed, and Raul C. came out very quickly (they worked me in on short notice!) and quickly figured out what the issue is - mind you, I'd been trying to figure this out myself for about a week now. A follow up was needed, but it was not Raul's fault - and I requested to call in and speak with the office to schedule the service. Katie at the office (I've talked to her several times now) is simply awesome as well. She is awesome to work with, hears you out, and is very thoughtful in getting things answered. Raul had already called in what was going on and what would need to be done on the follow up - I was floored. He exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure I was in good working order when he left as well. I truly appreciate Legacy and what they do to make sure their customers are happy. Found this company on HomeAdvisor and could not be happier!
$69 service call.
Needed my AC checked out and my furnace inspected, Travis showed up in the 2 hr window I was given, found one small issue with my AC and showed me how to take care of the system better and make it last longer. He also checked the gas furnace and told me it was working perfectly. Gave me some filter recommendations and rinsed out my AC's coils. A very nice guy who would NOT accept a gratuity. Yes a Gratuity, that's how low the bill and good the service was!
Highly Recommended, I will be using these guys for my future A/C and Heating needs.

They made several mistakes on my install and it took several tries to pass inspection. They didn't seal the duct work well and had to redo it several times. They sent a rookie to my house which is probably what caused all the problems. They forgot to refill my central a/c unit, but when I called them, someone came out within a few days. They sold me a furnace that didn't fit in the space and tried to charge me to have the space extended. In the end, they ended up paying for the carpentry work and the furnace worked like a champ for its first year. The only problem is, now my central a/c unit isn't working. I am not sure if it is related to the furnace install or if it is something else. I'm not sure if I would use them again due to all the problems, but I am happy that they fixed everything. They are friendly and do give good customer service.

I just posted an update to my Airtron review (they are horrible) so I thought I would praise the job Legacy did for me today. After Airtron quoted $1802 for a fan motor I called Legacy. Within a few hours (day before Thanksgiving mind you) they assessed the problem, picked up the part, installed it and everything is working great. All for $800 less than Airtron wanted.

The technicians that came out were great, too. I highly recommend Legacy if you need service to your A/C or furnace.

We had an excellent experience with Legacy when our a/c went out while we had guests staying in our condo. They showed up quickly and fixed the problem for a very reasonable fee.
When we decided to replace the unit, we called them & they again took care of us including working with the HOA to make sure our unit was correctly placed and in accordance with the HOA guidelines.
Awesome customer service & experience! We will definitely them again!!
