CJ from Legacy provided a quote for installing ceiling fans with lights in two bedrooms, which had no prior wiring to the ceiling, and the installation of a Tesla brand EV charger. The quote very reasonable considering the work and expertise required for the jobs. The crew, Randy and Aaron, arrived with a positive attitude and ready to work. They conducted a quick walkthrough, setup a plan, and executed. You can tell they care a lot about their work by the careful thought and time they put into each step. Chris, his son, and the crew did a fantastic job of identifying the electrical repairs that needed to be done in our school and then doing them. Some electrical lines had been mistakenly cut and the crew fixed the problem and then went above and beyond in so many ways to make sure everything would be perfect for our returning students before the first day of school. Recently, I lost power in both bathrooms and our master bedroom on a weekend. I thought it was due to a whole house fan, and the company who did the install verified it wasn't the fan when they came the next week. But we still had an outage.

We lived with no power in those areas for 8 days waiting for further work , but the cause of the outage remained unknown.

I called Legacy and talked to Cheryl who was very concerned about our outage. Cheryl got Tamree on the phone with us to hear about our outage and ask questions to clarify the nature of the problem. Tamree scheduled Randy, their best troubleshooter, for the first thing the next day!

Upon his timely arrival the next day, Randy immediately began troubleshooting the affected circuits systematically. Having an older house, the circuits covered parts of 2 bathrooms, a bedroom, a living room, and a patio. This was very difficult and hard work in hot weather in the attic and outside. His methodical work resulted in finding a GFI outlet that had been replaced but wired incorrectly!

Also, Randy replaced a number of switches and a regular outlet with covers for me. All of this was accomplished very professionally with great skill while keeping me informed of his progress. He also took time to answer my questions and teach me basics about my electrical system for my safety and to help prevent future problems!

This electrical outage came at a very inconvenient time, and it was a long time. But Randy and Legacy had our power restored in a relatively short time on the job.

I was so appreciative of their good work, I went by to thank Tamree and Cheryl in the office who also helped me with scheduling the work and answering my questions! They coordinated for Randy to install a special cover on the exterior outlet for me also.

I highly recommend Legacy for their responsiveness, expertise, customer service, quality work, and attention to detail! I would give them 10 STARS if I could!

Best company ever. AC stopped working last week. I called Costco to get a quote for a new HVCA. It is happened to be I have electrical circuit breakers of AC all burn. While I am about to sign contract for a new AC that ranch Between $16,000 to $25,000. I called Legacy electrical service 1hour later John came and check it out for me and then my AC up and running within one hour. When he told me I am going to have AC today, I was like no way. I will definitely recommend them. John was very nice and professional and know exactly what he is doing.
