Randy, John and Kaden came out to install a brand new breaker panel and were great. Very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys for any electrical needs. You will be very impressed with their craftsmanship and the final product will look amazing.

We had a horrible experience with Christopher who came recommended from a realtor. Hired him to remodel 2 small bathrooms and it was a huge headache (bathroom subway tiled walls in each bathroom had to be ripped out and redone by someone who knew what they were doing due to original shoddy workmanship by his team.) It took much longer than promised, the quality was not good and the attention to detail that was promised during our walkthrough was non-existent. Christopher stopped showing up or returning calls along the way. Can't speak to quality of electrical service, but save yourself the headache and hire someone else for any remodels.

This is one of the best companies that I have dealt with in my life. Chris, the owner, might be the most patient person who has ever run a company. They installed two generators for us. The generators were worked perfectly. The crew that worked on them were excellent, knowledgeable, nice and helpful. We live somewhat remotely and they acted like it did not matter even though they were working numerous projects following a wildfire in the Vacaville and Napa area. Later, I contacted Chris with questions about installing electrical or perhaps solar on a vacant lot. Unlike other electrical companies, Chris wanted to personally come out, walk the property to figure out the best and most economical solution! He spent a half hour on the phone and numerous texts to prepare for that site visit. Chris (CJ) also has an excellent sense of humor which was so helpful particularly following a historic wildfire. 100% recommended.

With Chris and Legacy, there is no hard selling. It is a customer centered business where you feel valued and respected. I would recommend them over any like company to date.

I decided to install some recessed lighting in a bedroom and the wiring in the wall was all messed up from the builder. I called Legacy Electrical service and the office staff was extremely polite as I was in a time crunch to get the lights back on. Chris the owner came to my house 30 minutes later and got the job done. Legacy Electrical service is polite, professional and highly recommend!! Thank you again!

An Update - hired Chris and his crew again - they did another great job even when another issue arose before arriving - this time they installed security lighting all around the house - they did it with professionalism from start to finish - Josh who did most of the work was very efficient, conscientious and pleasant the whole time - he even stayed after sunset to finish the job - he went the extra mile for sure - Legacy Electrical Service is worth checking out for your electrical solutions !

I contacted Legacy Electric to replace a breaker panel, install ceiling fans, replace an outside outlet and install a hood vent and Kitchen ceiling lights back in June of 2020 . Panel install never happened, kitchen light wired incorrectly. I contacted ""C J"" numerous times and was constantly given ""I'll try to get someone out there.""

At this point I've given up hope on ever seeing them again. I don't even want them to do the panel now. I just want them to finish the job they've already been paid for..

I feel I have been more than patient and given that we had more fires last year I would understand delays but 8 months, come on.

I went with Legacy because they had the best price and they seemed like a genuinely decent company.

I will say the work they did complete, other than the kitchen light being wired incorrectly, was done well. Just been very disappointed with the follow up and customer service.

This company installed the mail electrical panel during our solar panel install. They were nothing but efficient and professional. Recently we were experiencing some lights flickering all over our home. We called these guys, asking if they could come take a look and make sure it wasn't anything to do with the solar panels.

I believe his name is Chris, came over very quickly along with his son and started checking into things. They were so helpful, I cant even express our gratitude towards them. They were able to run some test and helped us figure out that it wasn't just our issue, but the whole streets issue and that it was a problem with PG&E.

Thank you for being there for us, informing us about everything that was going on, what to expect etc and giving us some peace of mind!

They came to wire a transfer switch for back up power. We had a house with difficult wiring due to renovations. They did what they could and made the situation right. At least they recognized that what I wanted was not possible and they generously refunded much my payment because they could not achieve what I had hoped for. I'd hire them again. The work they did do was done professionally.

We were in need of an electrician ASAP and Chris sent someone out the same day. They were able to restore power to half of our house & had great and honest recommendations in regards to updating our electrical panel and HVAC.

We haven't had any issues with the electrical since they came and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
