Recommended Customer Reviews

Legacy Electric did a substantial job in my attic, upgrading the wiring, installing lights, fixing outlets, installing recessed lights in the living room. The whole process was fast and efficient, they started the next day, showed up literally to the minute on the time they said they will come. They left the place clean and everything is working fine. I was surprised by the negative reviews here, as I did not have any issues with this company. Good job, recommended!

I have to say am shocked at the reviews here, but then again you cannot please everyone. I for one had a major job done by this company (upgrade and electrical panel). Not only where they in constant contact, but the entire process (SCE approval-City permits) was seamless. They handled everything and the install of the panel honestly was a work of art on how he placed all the wires back in the new panel. The attention to detail and professionalism was impeccable. I would dimiss the other reviews and absolutely give this company a try for any electrical needs you have as you will not be disappointed. Thank you for a great job!

I'm not sure why I can't give a zero star review . Tony , the owner of this company started out impressing me to the point of bragging to my friends . Installed a whole house and attic fan , clean work and then moved on to installing ceiling boxes for upstairs fan/lights and reworked some sloppy conduit I had in a back patio area . It took only days after he took my check and left for all of the work he had done to fail, on top of causing many other lights upstairs to fail as well . I've made dozens of attempts to have him come out and finish and/or repair the work he had done or failures he had caused in relation to his work , but after a very few responses by him to my many messages to him and two promises to come out to address the issues he caused, only to have him not show , I've been forced to hire another electrician to come and ""mop"" up Tony / legacy electrics mistakes . He did finally respond when I told him what I was being forced to do and that I'd be sending him the bill , he said he wanted pictures of the replacement electricians work . Not an ""I'm so sorry and I'll
Make it right "", but rather a defensive and uncaring response . I would not recommend Tony or his company Legacy Electric for any work at all . I own my own business and I try to me a man of good character and if I conducted myself in such a way I'd be out of business .

Do NOT use this contractor. I had a whole house fan installed on 5/1/20. On 6/10/20 I called for assistance because my fan was screeching when I put it on high. It still worked fine on medium and low settings, so I wasnt too worried, however wanted to get it resolved. After calling repeatedly, emailing the company, using the CHAT feature on the website I can get no support. The fan is under warranty, they just wont reply. Very aggravating. This was way too expensive, and way too new to be having these types of issues. Save yourself the frustration, contact a different QuietCool installer!

Wow. I had such high hopes for this company. I needed to have an attic fan installed as well as an additional light fixture in my bathroom. Father and son came out. Went into attic. Gave me an estimate. Gave me a date for installation. We went into attic to move a few things and create a pathway for the new fan to be installed.
No show. No phone call. No response to my messages. No response to my texts. Just nothing. Not even the courtesy to tell us they weren't coming. Very bad customer service and very disappointing.
