Stephen did a great job installing my ring camera system. I had an electrical issue with one of my fixtures that was being replaced with a ring floodlight camera and Stephen didn't price gauge me to fix it. His prices are very reasonable after getting quotes from other guys.

I called Lee's Assembly Required and Mr. Lee came out the same day. In fact within hours of the call. I had a few jobs for him during my appointment, and everything got done quickly and efficiently.

1, Check and outside light with no power.
*He checked the light and found a potential wire fire for the cause
of the light failure. He completed that light and ensured the two
others were correctly wired and working.
2. Check the ceiling fan that stopped working.
*He found that the switch was bad and the fan had died. He
replaced the ceiling fan with another and in it's placed installed a
light.

The entire time he was telling me what he was doing and why. He was kind, well-spoken, and great as his craft. He is now my new electrician and I plan on using him more in the future.

He charged me a very fair charge. His rates are justified, Compared to some other quotes I received, he had better rates and the extraordinary personality was absolutely free.

My husband called Mr. Lee today (11-10-17) to ask a question about the correct AMPs and appropriate extension cord for a leaf vacuum. He found Mr. Lee by performing a Google search for ""electrician"" and Mr. Lee's name was in the #1 spot on Yelp for ""Top 10 Electricians."" Mr. Lee was very professional and easy to talk to about our concerns with picking the correct extension cord for the leaf vacuum. He took the time to answer my husband's questions at no charge. Great guy and outstanding workmanship. Installed 2 ceiling fans, 3 garage lights, a kitchen light and disconnected an outdated alarm system that produced noises at irregular intervals. If you want quality electrical work, this is the guy you want to contact.

We purchased two Nest thermostats for our two-story house. My husband and I followed the directions and assumed it would be a typical and easy install. We turned on our thermostats, set the temp, and left the house for a few hours only to return to a sauna! Fortunately, it had cooled enough outside that opening the windows helped cool the house a few degrees. The next day my husband spend 2 hours on the phone with a Nest technician who was unable to diagnose the problem. I called Stephen on a Thursday morning and by Thursday evening he was at our house working on the thermostats. It turns out, not only did we need to connect the c-wire at the thermostat, there was additional work to be done on the unit itself AND with the wiring. Stephen was in and out under 2 hours. He was friendly, professional, and got the work done quickly. In the week since, he has contacted me twice to follow-up to make sure the thermostats are functioning properly. We will definitely use him again if we need other electrical installation done.

i have a problems on my electrical in my house I told him the problems a set a appointment with him within five days my wife even call in sick he never come.this guy just wasted our time I keep calling him texted him he never return my call.maybe the reason he didn't come he doesn't know how to fix it???? well you will be the judge...

Sadly, the only time Lee's was worth 5 stars was the first time. Subsequently, he either couldn't fit me in, sent an associate instead, or didn't even call back. I think he was going after bigger jobs. Anyway, I have found an electrician who is more reliable and less flaky.

Very fast, knowledgeable, but over all professional. Took care of my situation in a timely manner at a very reasonable price compared to other comparisons. Would definitely call him again and recommend to all friends and family.
