This is worth 10 stars!!! I have had many electricians come and go with the work never getting done correctly. My onsite laundry room had a melt down. The dryers stop working due to electrical/breaker box issues. The building is old and i thought I would never find a TRUE qualified electrician. Mr. Lee came out and quickly accessed the situation. He understood what was going on with the panels. Gave me excellent advice for preventative maintenance. Did not take advantage of me because I am a woman. Got me up and running
I manage a lot of properties and I will continue to hire Mr. Lee. His work ethics is extremely awesome. You just don't see this level of professionalism and skills in one package.

Great service a fair price. Highly recommend Lee's. Called him out in a Sunday which is a much higher rate usually. He checked the situation out and temporarily took care of it till the next day to save me money. Fast and neat. Very happy with his work

5 Stars are definitely earned here. I was referred to Lee's Assembly Required by my Granddaughter. She was familiar with him and his work and his work ethics. Stephen promptly made an appointment with me to look at the job and gave me a estimate within a day. After meeting Stephen I knew he was the right person and was confident in having him perform the work needed. He shows up on time and follows through on all aspects of the job and stayed in contact with me through everything. He had to deal with PG&E the City of Stockton and me. I give him 5 stars but he deserves 10 stars. He has my future business as his work is neat clean and professional. You can't go wrong with Lee's Assembly Required and Stephen Lee. He replaced and upgraded an Electrical box as well as some other things. I Will be referring him to all my family and friends on Facebook as well as Angies List. He does great work , he is fair, honest and just a really nice man. Thanks Stephen, My Husband and I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

I am so happy I found Lee's Assembly Required! Stephen is possibly the most efficient, courteous, professional, knowledgeable repair person I have ever met. He installed a chandelier in my dining room and had great recommendations on what height to hang it at. I asked if he would assemble my new headboard also and he had no problem doing that as well. He is very quick, very kind, and very well priced. I am looking forward to more jobs to hire him for! Thank you Stephen for making my moving experience much easier!

I own a 90-year old home and as any old-home owner knows, that means many generations of changes, upgrades, and good, bad, and ugly DIY patches are a part of the package. One day, the lights and exhaust fan in my bathroom just stopped working. Mr. Lee came out and did a thorough, expert assessment of the house's wiring and breaker panels (and antique fuse box). He quickly and efficiently tested all the switches, fixtures, and outlets in the bathroom. He was able to identify the location of the problem in no time. It turns out, it was, indeed one of those old DIY junction boxes in the attic needed to be cleaned up. He fixed it like a boss!
His prices were extremely reasonable and I felt confident having such a detail-oriented, experienced professional doing the work.
He is also a general contractor and I would hire him in a minute to do more work at my home.
I couldn't be more pleased.
Additionally --and Stockton residents will relate -- I was pleased to hire a local person who did not walk into my home making snide remarks about how ""scary"" Stockton is. Hire this man, early and often. You'll be glad you did.

Called Mr. Lee for a quote to hang a chandelier in my living room. I have 18ft ceilings which was a bit of a challenge for ladder height. Mr Lee was able to squeeze me in that day due to my hectic schedule and get a ladder that quickly to get the job done. I loved Mr. Lee took great pride in the work he does and a very kind man. I have already shared his number with my co-workers and will surely use him again. Thanks to yelp I was once again not let down. I would highly recommend Stephen Lee as he is efficient, friendly, fairly priced and does an excellent job. We had hired him to install a microwave and he did a great job. We then hired him do some work on siding and a door replacement. He did a great job on these projects as well. It is so nice to do business with someone as professional and courteous as him.
