Jorge is absolutely the best.
I called him up and got a quick appt. with him. He was gracious and patient with me during a phone consultation re. my honey-dew list. Installing a doggy door of which has an iron security screen meant that some creativity was necessary to produce neat and quality-evident results. Jorge was just that ""Handyman"" to get the job done. He even reduced the initially quoted price when he saw my door situation. What a blessing!!! He is in a class all by himself.
He also installed two ceiling fans in my daughters bedrooms in no time at all...again producing high quality work. He is so amazing and professional that he uses drop cloths etc. to protect ones home and furniture. How thoughtful and selfless in this age of moral-decay. I was preparing to sweep up some dust to support him and his efforts and before I could do so...he was walking up with his own broom and dust pan. Just simply amazing.
In an age where most service providers are out to increase their profit; this man exist with a spirit of Integrity that is so rare in this industry. I truly am blessed to have been prompted to call him from my yelp search.

It was difficult finding someone to install my air conditioner into my upstairs window. After calling Jorge, he immediately assessed my needs and gave me an extremely reasonable quote over the phone. After calling around for 2 weeks, it was the cheapest I had heard. Hearing him say, ""I'll be there in 45 minutes,"" brought me so much relief. Upon arrival and departure, he was honest, kind, professional, thorough,and trustworthy. I will definitely consider him as a reliable handyman when an independent girl like me needs a little more muscle around the house.

We needed a gate replaced ASAP. Called Jorge at 7:45 a.m. He was here at 9, gave us an estimate and promised to be back at 2. He was right on time and got the gate replaced and hung a heave new solid side door to our garage in under 2 hours. Price, considering this was an emergency, same-day job to a homeowner who clearly showed he had no idea what he was doing was excellent. Will be in touch again for more work.

I called Jorge up because my two water heaters started leaking. I told him I found and purchased one water heater to replace old ones. He came out taken old ones out repaired the plumbing to install one water heater, cleaned and removed all trash, no leaks water flows great very hot, thank you for your help Sir, also he fixed a electrical issue I had at no cost. I plan on using him for more work on my two units, great guy to have around. Thanks again buddy, happy customer here

This guy is a Joke. Never had the experience of him doing any work for me because he was reluctant to do two very easy tasks. I expressed to him all I needed was the hanging of a 50' TV on the wall and to sand and spray paint a galvanized steel kitchen trash can. Let him know I had all of the supplies and that galvanized steel has to be sanded and spray can primed before spray painting it and, he said, "" Oh it seems like you know what your doing"".( I picked up, then why don't you do it yourself). Then he says, ""it seems like a long process"". I replied, it seems like you don't know very much about spray painting galvanized steel, and thanked him for his time"". I feel if he didn't want to take on the job, he could have said something along the lines of, "" Sorry ma'am, this is the holiday season and I have a heavy work load, I would be more than happy to help you if you'll call back after New years"". Not brush me off and speak to me as if I was sort of nuisance. He needs to develop some interpersonal communication skills.

Jorge and his team were on time and within budget. He communicates clearly and even offered some of his own parts to complete the job. Once the job was underway, there were a few surprises in the wall that he handled with ease.

Excellent work..Jorge came out and bid a job for a swamp cooler removal and installation of 2 gates......he said he could have the job done in 1day.......he completed the task the same day and it looks GREAT. I would HIGHLY recommend his company for ALL of your handyman needs. Jorge is a professional and I'm thankful that I gave him my business. For the price I was charged.....it was a GREAT investment.......call him ......he won't disappoint.

Extremely happy w the work Jorge did at my duplex! I was getting mud and water in my basement from a planter outside. He removed huge plants and dirt and cemented the area while ensuring a drain was still exposed that helps w draining water in our backyard.

He answered my first attempt to call and despite being late 25 minutes to our appointment he made up for it by texting me the quote right away and not charging me for any additional items once the job was done.

Having him come back to do some more work! Quality Handymen are hard to come by... Glad I found Jorge!!!

Our first experience with LB Handyman was terrific. Jorge and team showed up on time and had our bathroom completely repainted and new fixtures installed in just one day. The price was great, too. We were so happy with the work that we recommended them to neighbors and brought them back for a bigger job months later. That's when we saw the nightmare side of working with someone who (apparently) may not be a licensed contractor.

The second job seemed like it should be easy enough - taking out an old oven and replacing it with a new one, plus a fresh coat of paint in the kitchen - but mistakes were made that caused complications. Specifically, the team cut into a cupboard and a sink top using the wrong tool (which we found out when we brought the pics to someone who actually DOES have a contractor's license) and they didn't show up the next day. Or the next. When my husband finally got in touch with Jorge, he was reluctant to come back, saying he needed more money if the job was going to be finished and that he wasn't sure when he could return. NOT COOL, JORGE! We finally got him to agree to return to the job, but he was a no-show. That's when we started questioning the contractor's license. He eventually made it back, but the repairs to the damage done by his team were laughable. A slab of wood had been used to hold up one side of the cupboard they had cut into, which was still clearly leaning at an angle, thin strips of painted wood had been adhered to the countertop to cover the jagged cuts through it, and half the drawers had been painted closed, so when we opened them the paint just peeled right off. Now it's going to cost us about three times as much just to repair the damage done by Jorge and his team.

Lesson learned: These guys can handle simple paint jobs and unclogging drains, but if your project has even the slightest need for real tools, find someone else. We never did get a straight answer about the contractor's license, which says a lot.
