Lawn Concepts was the fourth irrigation company I contacted and the first (and only) to call me back. Heather (who handles the scheduling) is incredibly friendly and communicative. Enoc & team came out, diagnosed my problems, and even put me in touch with a plumber to handle a faulty PRV. After that was fixed, they repaired leaks, capped unused heads, and even raised a sprinkler head. The final price was much less than I was expecting. They are friendly, thorough, and a pleasure to work with. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I have had the pleasure of doing business with Lawn Concepts for several years and while I know reviewing them on Yelp will hopefully help their business, it may make it harder to get on their schedule, but I just have to! Enoch and his wife Heather really deliver the very best customer service and excellent work of any company I've called in the greater Austin area. They answer my calls quickly, get me on the schedule when it's convenient for me and their prices are very fair. I've had Enoch replace my sprinkler system control unit, broken lines, fix mis-firing zones and right after that terrible freeze last year I had to have the back flow unit replaced. Enoch came out and replaced the unit quickly.
Lawn Concepts is my go to for anything sprinkler related!

Enoch and his assistant showed up a week early to troubleshoot a suspected leak in our system. I'm a complete idiot when it comes to sprinklers don't would pretty much believe whatever he said. After testing all the zones, he assured me we don't have a leak, might be overwatering in some areas where the yard slopes, and need to shut off some of the heads. He only charged me for the service call and I feel he gave excellent value. We would highly recommend this family owned business!

Enoc repaired the sprinkler system at my house in allandale. When we had our pool put in, they cut most of the lines and destroyed most of the system, so it was almost a new installation. Enoc did great work at a fair price and finished on time. I highly recommend lawn concepts.

Enoc, the technician from Lawn Concepts Irrigation Services, found the problem buried under a tree root and fixed it for a very reasonalbe price.

Enoch has fixed a few small issues with our existing sprinkler system. Always a very fair price and always done the same day! He even one worked in a rain storm because our water main was leaking. If something in your yard is leaking, he is the guy to call!
