Krystal was a big help. she was very nice and and understanding. She help me with what I needed. I asked her did they have survey at the end and stated no to do it on google. I really app her.

No energy audit available. Constant flickering power fluctuations after outages which has killed two of my garage door openers. Never experienced this before from any other provider.

First time experience with this company. They are so outrageously ""HIGH"". Get this....I am only in the home 3 full days a week and my bill is always twice more than Duke power. This is also with me having to turn off the power to save a little money. I am even more cautious with lights on and will unplug appliances, etc. STILL its unbelievably high. I hate to move, but I as much as I love living here, I will probably think twice with renewing, just because of Laurens Electric. I have paid on time with no problem, but also don't at all care for how they make you pay by the day its due, and only giving you a 10 day notice prior. My understanding is they don't give any grace period and will just turn off your power the next day. So weird!!!

Laurens electric are thief. They loot people. I lived in 3 different cities before i moved to mauldin. With same size of house and same number of appliances and same usage, i used to get my bill around 90-110 in all other cities. But since I'm using laurens, i'm getting more than 150...

Too add to the above statement, they are almost twice as expensive as Duke Energy. I would highly suggest NOT moving where Laurens is your provider.. I wish they would keep their stupid magazine and lower our costs!

Laurens Electric is a shamefully poor excuse for a public utility, especially a co-op. Unlike other local electrical providers and utilities, Laurens provide no assistance to low-income or unemployed families. Ten days after receiving the bill, it is due or the power is cut-off. No extensions, no assistance, no payment plan. Their response to hardship is 'call every church in the phonebook.' Much like a modern-day pimp, they don't care what your problem is, but you better get them their money!
