I have used Lassen Electric for over 2 decades both personally and professionally, Jason Morris who owned the business was an amazing man and did exceed everyone's expectations. Unfortunately, we lost Jason at a young age due to cancer. Steve, who was an employee fo Jason's bought the business, so I wanted to continue to support Lassen Electric. However, Steve got overwhelmed to the point he does not stand behind his work. When something he installs and fails, he will not even return a call. I gave Steve the benefit of the doubt with several attempts but he chose not to address the failures in his installations on two different accounts with me, both professionally and personally.

I will have to find a new contractor.

Called Lassen Electric to help with an emergency situation. After diagnosing the problem Steve was to return ((after we dug the new service trench) and complete the repair. 5 phone calls later and 2 emails to him I realized he wasn't going to even respond to me. How hard is it to say ""I got involved in another job and am no longer available"" or whatever. You decide if this would be OK for you, I'm angry.
