Not sure where to start but let's just say I would give more than 5 stars if possible!! After contacting Langley Electric for a price quote on a long list of electric projects I had been trying to finish at the house I was blown away by their affordable prices and booked them to install twin ceiling fans in an upstairs master. Brian and his wife Emily came out at the exact promised time which was surprise #1 as I have become accustomed to waiting around for contractors and , surprise #2 they actually stuck to the price they originally gave me and didn't try to run up the cost. When they arrived they had their work cut out for them as it was over 100° upstairs (note the reason for my fan install...no ac) and they needed to run electrical to an exposed wood ceiling with no previous electricity and no attic to run the lines. Both Brian and Emily worked quickly and quietly as they were VERY considerate of the fact that I work from home and completely cleaned up after themselves. Now for the part that really won me over and made me a lifetime client.....shortly after the install I started to notice the ceiling fans would periodically flicker and wouldn't always stay synced to each other on the same remote but still worked relatively well if not a bit annoying . I googled possible issues and found that they were common issues with newer LED light fixtures and older homes so I figured it was just something I would have to deal with as I was VERY aware of the wonky electrical set up from previous DIY electricians before we owned the home. On a whim I decided to contact Brian to see if he had any recommendations on how to sync the fans and (to my surprise) he came over for an inspection of the problem, determined it was an issue with an UNRELATED switch that shared the wall and fixed the problem within 5 minutes WITHOUT CHARGE!! Let me say that again.....HE FIXED A PROBLEM THAT SOMEONE ELSE CAUSED AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME!!!! Brian was such a professional and a perfectionist that he simply wouldn't allow himself to consider the job done if I wasn't 100% happy and the fans didn't work 100% perfectly even if that meant fixing someone else's mistakes!! I now have 2 beautiful fans that work perfectly synced and a new electrician that I can trust to do beautiful work and not take advantage of my family....definitely a client for life!!!

I don't even know where to begin with my praises! Brian made the daunting task of getting a hot tub so much easier! We knew nothing about this process, or what type of modifications we would need. They came by at a time that worked w/our schedule to inspect the set up and carefully explained every detail, as well as my options. They did the job while I was at work so i didn't have to use vacation time. My waterproof 20 amp outlet turned out absolutely perfect and it was about half the price we feared it would be. Trust me, if you ever need an electrician you can trust Langley! Thank you so much for getting this done in short notice so can immediately plug in our new hot tub. Customers for life!

Brian from Langley Electric came to fix a surgery lite at Woodside Animal Hospital. He was fast, friendly and extremely reasonable.

Brian, owner of Langley Electric, is an incredible electrician who is really accommodating with schedules and has the lowest prices for a licensed and insured professional I have ever known.
He has installed ceiling fans, recessed lighting, pendant lights and outdoor lights in my home and we have never had a single problem with his work.
Brian has lived in east county his entire life and is all about giving unmatched customer service, which is very important to me.
Tell him Jacquelyn recommended him -- he is the best!

Langley Electric (Brian) does very high quality work, and is a true professional. I will not hesitate to call on his help again the next time I need some electrical work done. Brian is very responsive, goes the extra step to be as transparent as possible (in my case, he offered up several times easier/less expensive solutions, accurately predicted extra materials that would be needed.

We needed some work at our panel ( due to flickering lights and poping circuits)and had him install all new lights in our kitchen and dining room and some outlets trough out the house.
Brian took it in stride, and put extra care in his work. When he was done with the job he made sure the job site was clean.

It shows that Brian takes pride in his work and clearly loves what he does. Thank you so much we greatly appreciate it!
