Mark from Landscape Illumination Specialists was AMAZING! I interviewed a few different companies before moving forward with Landscape Illumination Specialists. Mark came out to the property personally and waked and talked me through different options for lighting. He then worked with us on pricing and some options to save some money. He then personally came to install the lighting and electrical himself (instead of sending a third party crew).

After a few weeks of enjoying our lights, our rambunctious puppies chewed threw the wiring. Mark promptly came back to the property. He worked with us to re-wire, and illuminate our backyard.

Before I decided to go with Landscape Illumination Specialists' backyard landscape lighting installation, I had considered some 4-5 other contractors' offers. Mark's offer by far beat every other offer in combined value of the lighting fixtures and materials used, price, look of the final installation, warranty and the follow up.
Landscape Illumination Specialists installed high quality ProTrade's bronze path lights and spotlights with a 300W transformer across a ~300 ft 12 in gauge wire illuminating the entire backyard and giving it a totally new look. At Mark's suggestion I opted for bronze instead of brass fixtures, in order to save some money, as due to the location of my home which is somewhat further from the coast I may not necessarily benefit from brass fixtures. It is worth noting that the overall cost was in some cases 3-4 times cheaper than the other contractor proposals I had gotten. Even if I were able to procure the same ProTrade fixtures in retail and the material, it would still cost me more than what Landscape Illumination Specialists.
