If I could give a negative 10 I would.
Chris and Cindy Landfair are scammers. They are not painters!
Incomplete job. Relentlessly asked for more money. Always late. Aggressively mean or crying, non-stop. The most unprofessional people I've ever met. I am not convinced they are painters. They did not even have proper equipment/tools. They priced out a completed painting job and then complained and cried the entire time that they hadn't charged enough and were poor and ""we had money"" so we owed it to them to give it. New excuses every day for bad everything. They were always late, if they showed up at all, and left early. The paint was sloppy and was all over wall switches, tile, bookshelves, etc. (On purpose because we weren't paying enough Chris said.) Chris screamed constantly about the job - outside and inside - to the point where my children were scared. I was assured buy Cindy that it would not happen again. It only got worse. Chris finally got so violently aggressive, screaming and refusing to finish the project, along with personal inaccurate insults, that we asked him to leave. He didn't want to finish the job without more money. It was a scam. Chris was in my husbands face. I almost called the police that night. I should have because then next day they came by to pick up ladders and splattered paint in an effort of retaliation by vandalism. I have Paint all over my landscaping and yard, bushes and trees that are high. I had to call the sheriff out to see the vandalism. I watched Chris do it on camera and they admitted to it as well. During this process Cindy texted my husband about how she loved doing drugs by accident. Awkward. The whole thing was a disappointing, scary and avoidable mess. Please consider this as a less than 0 rating, not even a 1. These scary hell-bound people obviously don't take their business seriously. A simple painting project that ended with the police. This is a public service announcement.

I have used this company for commercial and residential work. They work around my time frame to accommodate my business hours. The panel they rewired for me was done so neat everything was labeled accordingly and up to code. And for the pockets lights and fans in my home. The placement that Glen the electrician suggested along with my pendant light that we added turned out better than I dreamed of. He was very knowledgeable with his suggestions and his work was gorgeous! He also cleaned up behind himself leaving me just to enjoy my new fixtures.
