Had a bad experience with what appeared to be a sole- owner and will never use him again.
My experience is he was overtly disrespectful and mishandled a very nice antique
Chandelier. We found pieces dropped, strewn behind in the house he removed it from and after the new installation, it was twisted, with pieces missing, broken off, unattached. And he didn't seem to care at all about putting them back on or setting the chandelier correctly. It's still twisted with pieces and strands missing or detached.
I'm ashamed I paid him, especially what he charges, but we were moving and I had too much to manage. I couldn't imagine someone would be so uncaring.
He's got a good business name that makes it seem he would be a caring neighborhood service provider. That's not what I found.

Rylan is awesome!!! Highly recommended. All work is properly done.

Do not use this guy. He came in and created more problems than he fixed and then when he came back to fix them... which he could not do, had the audacity to try and charge me for looking for the problem he created and could not figure out how he did it.
ALSO - I presented him with the problem of a doorbell that was not working... he said it wouldn't be worth trying to fix because he'd have to trace the wires and that could take forever because the doorbell was mortared into the wall. He said we should use a wireless which would have cost a lot and looked ugly. On a whim I bought a 4.98 replacement doorbell. I popped out the old one and put it in. It worked fine.
He is a nice guy, but not much of an electrician. When he screwed things up he had let some kid that works with him, whom I do not believe is even a licensed electrician do most of the work while he stood around talking. Needless to say... NEVER use him.
