My son-in-law, an electrical engineer, recommended Lady B Electric for a project at our house, and we are so grateful! First, I needed a dedicated circuit for a commercial size treadmill. When Britt came out to look, she worked out a plan to put in the 20 amp circuit for the treadmill, and to move our freezer off an overextended circuit. When the electricians came out, they were tidy, efficient, fast, and explained clearly what they were doing. They took extra effort in making the work look nice, as well as work well. I made an error in explaining the circuit loads, which required them to come back for additional work. When I explained the error, they came back the same day to fix it. Again, they explained and showed pictures of what they had done, and even labeled the dedicated circuits so future owners will understand what's what. I will definitely use Lady B for any future electrician needs.

Never call anyone else!

Had a broken GFCI in the bathroom that needed replacing, and had some flickering houselights in our neighborhood - PG&E found a loose breaker in our panel that Britt investigated. Asked Britt on the fly about a plug that was an octopus of chargers and cords. She talked me through my fear of a fire hazard (low based on the amps in the room/to the plug, etc), and offered to upgrade it to a 4 plug outlet to provide greater flexibility. AND she installed plugs that are USB-a and USB-c capable. What a dream! Fast and easy and clean and just a great experience - like having a family member to call for your small electrical jobs. Haven't gotten my invoice yet and I don't care what it costs because Lady B always delivers and makes it a great experience.

Lady B was fantastic! This is the second time I've asked for help with an electrical issue. She was quick, sent professional electricians who took care of my issue in less than an hour. The cost was well worth the satisfaction I experienced and the cost was so reasonable. It was a great experience to feel the service was honest for the cost!

Lady B and her team have now done two projects at my house and I wouldn't call another electrician for anything else.

They installed Tesla charger from our outside box (2500 feet away). No problem and super CLEAN LOOKING ! While also fixing my bus

I just asked if they can work with me in my kitchen and made time to come out and put in a sub panel!

I have recommended Lady B to others! I don't post a lot of reviews but Lady B is amazing!!

I cannot recommend Lady B and her team highly enough. We've worked with Britt and the Lady B team twice already, and we've been delighted with the outcome each time.

This past summer, Britt came to fix some indoor and outdoor outlets. She was reliable, quick, and fairly priced for the care and thoroughness with which she approached the job. At this point, we knew we'd found our electrician!

And thank goodness we had. During the recent late winter storm, a limb fell onto our house and took out our power. I left a message for Britt over the weekend with the full knowledge and expectation that she wouldn't be able to get back to me until she was back in the office for the week. At 8:57 am on Monday, I received a text expressing sincere concern and committing to helping us out despite having a very busy week (no doubt, as we were not the only ones affected by the storm). Not only did this come as a relief after a cold weekend, it also demonstrated the care that Britt and her team have for their customers.

Britt sent her team out later that day to make the repairs. She also went above and beyond by helping us arrange the reconnection with PG&E and other steps that made our life a lot easier.

I'm so grateful to work with Britt and the Lady B team. Not only to they do a wonderful job, they are also kind, compassionate, responsive, and honest. Nobody wants electrical problems, of course. But when they arise, I'm so glad we'll be able to call Britt and the rest of the team at Lady B.

Britt and her team just completed three projects for us - sauna electrical connection, and taking power to our greenhouse and shed. The works is of VERY high quality, the whole team is friendly, and they left our home tidier than it was before they arrived. Can't recommend them highly enough.
