Thank you for your reply and making this as an advertising for your business, but as I explained clearly for you on phone, we remodeled our kitchen and contractor did not use an licensed electrician and did a very dangerous job and we needed some one to correct that for us, and you kept asking me few technical questions and wanted me to tell you what you need to do!!! I wish I knew how to tell you about your job!!

I highly recommend LAC Electric Inc. Francisco ""Paco"" walked exterior of my home as I pointed out repairs & new light installation. Paco is knowledgeable and personable. We fully discussed sensor lights, security lights and garden light fixtures. Also, wanted additional doorbell installed in my hallway. Detailed estimate was written with line item pricing. Pricing was competitive & I set a date to perform work. 2 Men arrived on time & completed work. Workers were especially neat and friendly (Luis & Oscar). After several years & $$$$ with numerous electricians I finally found an honest & reliable company.

Let me tell you how awesome the owner, Francisco Larin is. We thought we had a problem with our front house lights. None had been working for quite a while. So I finally got on my to-do list and asked him to send someone out today.

You guys...we needed new light bulbs. . Beyond embarrassed. I mean. #thehorror Apparently, adulting IS hard. He could not have been nicer about the whole thing. Truly a gem this man!! And I can only image if we had a real problem how smoothly the whole thing would have gone. I will not hesitate to call him the next time we have a real problem. ;)

Professional, on time, & efficient! We found out about them through several friends. If you need recessed lights installed, or any electrical work, these are the guys to call. Prices are competitive and they are very efficient. Satisfied with the results!

Update:
Paco came this time to fix out sprinkler fuse & jacuzzi outlets. He was prompt and very professional; he knew exactly what the issue was. His prices were extremely competitive. We were again referred to him by many of our friends and will definitely call him again in the near future!!

I had this company do a large commercial job and a small residential one. On both jobs, they did quality work with attention to detail. (I'm a picky customer.) They were easy to deal with, reasonably fast, always organized and professional. They were also less expensive than my previous electrical contractor. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Here's my experience:

I was getting estimates to install an outlet outside of my garage in order to charge my electric vehicle. I received a recommendation for his business so I called for an estimate. He scheduled me for an appointment first thing in the morning. Great! Later that night my husband plugged our electric vehicle into one of our already existing outlets and it overloaded the circuit causing the power to go out. We were pretty upset about that because we needed that power on the next day for our business. LAC showed up promptly as promised and gave us an estimate for the outlet that was $700 higher than the electric company recommended via Tesla motor corp. We showed him our previous estimate but he would not budge his price. Ok no problem. We then asked if he could help us get our power back on so we could do our business. We paid $125 for his service. Our power began to surge immediately cause the lights to flicker and the AC to go in and out. 2 weeks later our power went out on the same circuit and would not come back on. Now instead of just the garage's power going out, the whole front half of the house's power is also out. We called to ask them to come out and look but the owner told us it would cost another $150 just to come look at the circuit breaker he supposedly fixed. I would NEVER recommend this person again. He is arrogant and does not stand behind his work and I question if he even knows what he is doing. He is more concerned about money than anything else. Contact literally anyone before him.

I can't recommend them more highly. They have done lots of work for me including installing recessed lighting cans in two rooms and a chandelier in another. As well as putting additional lighting sockets where needed. They are always on time, as nice as can be, exceedingly knowledgeable and very efficient. They left my rooms cleaner than when they arrived. Simply the best!
