Norman H.My wife and I are selling our home which is now 38 years old. Dan Samuelson, owner of L3 Electric, was referred to us by our Real Estate agent. He came personally to meet with us and evaluate and discuss electrical issues that were identified by the Buyer's inspector and provide an estimate of the cost for corrective work. Within 3 business days he sent a well qualified electrician to complete the work. The next day he again came personally to inspect the results. Only when we were completely satisfied did he present a final invoice.
The service and results were more than we expected and the cost was more than fair. When you need an electrician, call L3 Electrical !! Simple as that !!
