I've used this family company twice now. They are reliable, professional, friendly, and very reasonably priced. What amazes me most, though, is a human being answered the phone at 7 am (weekday) when I expected to leave voicemail, and I had someone at my house by noon the same day. They do emergency work on weekends.

I live in California and was coordinating this last week for a house here in Bastrop .... so I really appreciate Luis and the excellent communication!

I arrived last night, and this morning Paul and Stewart arrived on time bright and early.... and ready to work!

They were really friendly and professional... so I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for a job well done (because as an executive assistant, I deal with alot of vendors, so I always appreciate great service!)

So glad I hired L&R electric. I had a ceiling fan installed. They responded right away, gave me quote. They came out and completed the job right away. Very affordable will definitely recommend.

Rosalinda, the boss's wife just emailed me a copy of a really old invoice and then called me and accused me of not paying an invoice from work that was done a year and a half ago. I told her I pay all my bills immediately. She asked ""well how did you pay us then?"" I said ""I don't remember"". She has the audacity to reply with an attitude ""You don't remember?"" Like I am stupid or something for not remembering something that happened a year and a half ago! Do you remember what you ate for lunch 2 weeks ago? Exactly. Like it's my job to keep receipts for years and years and know off the top of my head how I paid every single vendor in the last two years.

Word of advice if you use these people, make sure you pay them by check, and keep a copy of that check forever. Because Rosalinda may call you two to three years later talking 'bout ""you owe us money!""

And guess what? If you don't have proof you paid her she can easily put a lien on your house until you finally pay her for something you already paid her for.

Did not show up at all for our set appointment. I would not hire someone unreliable, they may not finish the job once started and paid for.

I am so so glad that we hired L&R electric. They came and installed three ceiling fans for us upstairs. When they went to install them none of them were up to code. Which isn't shocking because the previous owners of our home were do it themselves types of people and cut corners.

With a new baby on the way having everything up to code was vital to me and I knew that the changes were made safely for our son.

They also installed a generator outlet for us and new panel. This was so important to me because we went five days without water and power last year during the storm, and we will have a newborn during that time. They did an amazing job and the price was perfect. Of course there were some surprises, but they explained everything and were able to work with us on price the best they could. I will be hiring them for projects in the future!

L&R sent an electrician and apprentice. They diagnosed a doorbell/camera/wiring problem and fixed it without any drywall destruction or fancy expensive gadgets. Considering them for a new project after this repair.

We had a couple folks come out and try and run Ethernet hook ups in our house unsuccessfully. These guys came out and knocked it out for us. Friendly and nice guys. Very responsive to messages also. Definitely recommend!
